Budget Inn

While some people have given a negative review, that was not my experience. I did meet the new owner and they are really trying to rectify the errors of the previous ownership. The property manager was very nice and helpful. He is really trying to bring the hotel up to quality standards and with all he told me about previous owners, he has a lot of work to get there. I was having electrical issues with my alternator and battery and was more than happy to give my truck a jump start. The price was reasonable and I think you should give this hotel another chance and see how it has changed under new ownership and management. The rooms are very clean. Nice quiet place. I heard alot of negative things about the Budget Inn before I decided to come here , but I can assure you it's nothing like what ppl say..Stop by and take a look for yourself.. No bugs , No roaches , a very nice decent place....And it's a very reasonable price!!!!!

Budget inn is a very nice place to stay rooms are very clean no bugs no roaches freshly painted smells good very quiet I enjoyed my stay at the Budget inn give it a try the owners are very nice very helpful . Thank you Budget inn.....

I have never seen such a nasty hotel in my life. My sister and I was traveling with our kids to florida and decided to stop around 300 am to get some sleep. We didnt realize at first due to trying to unpack luggage rack that the room was disgusting. Our kids went in to get some sleep and by first glance it looked ok. Then they started screaming, there was a roach crawling on them. After some investigating, there was even bigger problems. Roaches gross! The pillow cases after looking again had blood and yellow stuff om two of them. Thank goodness not on the bed the kids were on. The carpet was almost all stained up. Carpet ripped, nasty toilet. We asked for a refund and he refused pointing to a small hand written sign not located by check in that says "no refunds after 15 minutes". We explained what happened and he said noone else complains. I took lots of pictures. I should have known when the price listed said $28 he said it would $36 when I asked for a double but then charged me $42.

Great for the price. All motels are about the same really. If you want something nice you have to go to a hotel. But yeah this one is quiet and the cleaning people are nice.

Staff is very friendly, the owner is outgoing and willing to help you out. This place is on the rise nothing like a lot of people say that it's like. This is a place that is worth giving a try, don't let what you hear discourage you from checking for yourself.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stopped in the middle of the night just looking for a place to crash for a few hours. When we first got to the room it looked acceptable; by the time we had a good look around I was too tired to pack back up and find a new place, so we stayed. We should have moved on. I saw the largest cockroach I have ever seen. The shower had pubic hair on the walls. The sheets, blankets, and comforter all had burn holes. The microwave was rusted out and unusable. The bathroom was disgusting. The next morning the cleaning staff asked us to hurry up and get out so they could clean the room. I asked why they were in such a hurry, since it didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. I told the manager the place was disgusting and he should be ashamed of himself. He just shrugged and ignored me. Avoid at all costs.

The owner is the wicked witch of the South, no kidding. Our A/C stopped working and they refused to give us another room. It had leaked in our room and the carpet was soaked. Needless to say mold...bugs... do NOT stay here.They are ridiculous lazy people. KARMA IS A B!#CH.
