THE MANAGER THERE IS FAR FROM AMAZING. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL HAS NO COMPASSION. THE ROOMS ARE NASTY AND FILLED WITH ROACHES.

The property manager there, Miss Marisa, is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know her tenants, and cares for them. She knows everyone’s names! She is firm but fair, and that is exactly what you need in a manager over a building this size! She is always willing to help and is very active in the community. She’s a super woman! Always busy and hard working. She’s a wonderful person who truly understands the “Hand up, not a hand out” and for that I will forever be appreciative. Someone give this lady a raise!!!!! She works her tail off and still has time to teach Sunday school too.

The property manager is rude and band my gf from the property for no reason at all. She don’t care about her tenants well certain ones she’s does. She steals and lies I had stuff still in my room and she tried to say I didn’t have nothing. Worst place to even stay drugs heads everywhere over there and the manager allows it to happen.

My first night I realized the room was completely infested with roaches, ungodly amounts of roaches everywhere once night fell. I am disgusted and refuse to have bugs in all my belongings!

The new Ownership along with the Marvelous Ms. Marissa, our awesome Maintenance Man and the Lil Ladies who clean up have done amazing!! They have worked and continue to work hard to keep this a family safe, affordable, and friendly place to stay for an extended about of time. Back in August, this place was awful and scary after dark- but not now. I can hardly wait to see what y'all do with the place. Great job

I gave it 5 cause the new owner is really nice but strict. He likes for the rooms to stay clean and decluttered which is reasonable. The office lady is very sweet and genuine. There is always someone sweeping the lot every morning. The prices are also great. The residents here are okay... I just recommend staying to yourself as much as possible.

Police maintain law and order there that is very good. Looks like people help one-another which is always good. Management are very unhelpful when trying to do a welfare check on sick people or accompanying you as a relative to make sure they are ok!; their policy they can't bother or let you know whether the person is still there or not.

Well let's see first of all I'd like to mention the staff the staff is very helpful and very nice. And then it's very convenient to some fine restaurants. Also a day spa where you can get your haircut have a drink and get your nails done even a pedicure there's also several churches near as well as service stations. Even a couple of loan Institutions , I would like to point out the security here is very good they have cameras everywhere and the police always have a presence here. Also the rooms are did I mention the staff is real nice. I wish I had more time to write but I have to go.
