If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk lady was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met in my life. From the second I walked up to the window. Even worse encounter later when my card quit working. Boy that set her off and she was raising her voice and getting visibly upset and telling me it was my fault the card didn't work and if it happened again she wouldn't let me in again. Then I find out they charged my card 150$ when she had told me 75 a night and a 50$ deposit. If your in Ellijay don't stay here. Terrible terrible place terrible customer service. Lesson learned. I doubt I'll ever see my deposit. It's ok this review will cost you more than 50$.

Room and bathroom was small and outdated, but clean. However it has been 2 1/2 weeks and still haven't gotten my security refund. I called the lady said 5 to 10 working day . That is ridiculous.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to all kinds of neat little shops and restaurants. The room... the first thing I noticed was the pervasive odor of stale french fries. The bed was so tall that my 5'2" self had to jump to get in. The floor was dramatically sloped, so we raced water bottles as entertainment, since the TV remote didn't work. The bathroom was essentially a closet. The shower was kind of dingy and the shower floor was so slick that my partner slipped and nearly bit it. Bruises happened. But it did have hot water with fantastic water pressure. The bathroom tissue holder was located behind the toilet and above my left shoulder, so the yoga classes paid off. The electrical seemed a bit sketchy. (I work in Building & Development and it would NOT meet code in my state.) Also, in the sink, hot was cold and cold was hot... just mildly annoying. Definitely felt like I paid too much for this experience.

The room was completely outdated dilapidated looking The owners of this place are not very friendly at all told me that I was not allowed to have any guest? Like excuse me don't think so if you're paying for a room if you want to have somebody come and visit you you should have that right. The room there was worth maybe $50 tops nowhere's near the $100 I had to pay and then $50 deposit on top of it

We didn’t stay here, but were still charged. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I recommend staying at the Best Western up the road. They’re actually nice there!

Not even worth a star. Do not reserve a room here, they charged me for a room after they promised to cancel the reservation. The place is a pit but during the hurricane I thought it best to be in a hotel vs an RV it was only place left to rent a room. I was desperate their online profile said pet friendly so I made the reservation I showed not even 5 mnts later and there is a sign in the entrance office that says no pets. The owner a gentl6said no problem illc cancel your reservation I ended up back in my RV and luckily the hurricane missed us in Ellijay. The hotel did not cancel my payment and when I called his wife got on the phone and said they will definitely refund me. I've been trying to get them to do so for 5 days now my bank is taking over the issue now. They lie they steal they take advantage of people in need and have no ethics or humanity in them. Plus the place is a real pit I was worried about bed bugs the second I pulled in. But as I said at the time I was desperate and they took advantage of that to rip me off.

Solid little place. It was pretty clean, but you could see dog hair all over the shower, but other than that it was very clean. I love dogs so it didn’t really bother me. The location is within walking distance of lots of action (bars and restaurants). There were vending machines out front and it wasn’t noisy. I’d definitely stay again.

The lady was nice , we wanted a reciept for the cancelation of the deposit. Had to wait for "the cleaning lady to ok the room he would not even walk over and look at our room after we asked him if we can handle this now because we live 900 miles away , arrived at 1120 am , passed us , gave us a cancel ticket for our deposit and the man said that we might as well find somewhere else to stay on our next visit ... this was our second stay here within a year .... but no more the room was clean but small for the price we had bigger stays for a bit less, the bathroom was in need of rehab and the shower had no water presser, and then to get hassle about canceling our deposit reciept smt
