Motel 6 Jonesboro, GA

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Motel 6. As a Black guest, I felt disrespected, disregarded, and blatantly mistreated. I specifically booked a room with a kitchen, and despite confirming and repeatedly requesting it, I was never given what I paid for. The staff’s lack of concern and dismissive attitude made it painfully clear that not all guests are treated equally here. This wasn’t just a case of poor customer service—it felt personal and rooted in discrimination. No one should have to beg for basic accommodations or fair treatment. The way I was treated was dehumanizing and unacceptable. Frankly, this location should be shut down. Until they learn how to treat all guests with equal dignity and respect, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Very comfy, shower water temp switch and flow is great, kitchenette is a plus. The only thing is I wished the top cover was a little thicker for comfort and of course if you're cold instead of having to adjust the ac/heater. Being cold as you sleep is comfy as long as the cover saves you from being too cold when you can't sleep in the heat.

Unsatisfied. We told them the TV was messed up. Heater wasn't working and to top it off shower won't get hot. By far the worst motel experience I have ever had... they told my husband they will not fix the situation as well as they won't change our room. I can tell they don't change the sheets cause there's hair on the bed from the last person being in here.. I give 0 stars all the way round

The staff is so friendly & the rooms are always clean! When I come in town for work, this is my go-to place to stay. I have the best experience with the front desk & house keeping stays consistent with making sure the rooms are comfortable! Thank you motel 6 in Jonesboro!

Always clean, very professional |Good laundry area|Customer service excellent|One problem bathroom not big enough|The atmosphere is very good and I like that they give you your privacy and if you need something just ask. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice people. We had 5 fur babies with us and they had no problem with that, just asked that we not let them on the bed, which was no problem because we had their beds with us.

Not a bad place to stay. They will give your pet fee back if room isn't destroyed. Really nice place in my opinion. Gotta give the area a look got good eats. So this location was excellent. I recommend staying here and will again in the future. Great work!

This hotel is a joke. Never can get fresh towels and wash cloths I I went and bought my own since I stayed for a long period of time. Front desk very rude and pick and choose who they are respectful towards. I paid these people a lot of money over a four month period and I wish I never stayed that long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Also they have roaches!
