King's Inn- LaFayette

Rooms were clean enough, my toilet was not bolted to the floor and would tip every time I tried to use it. The spotlight a few doors down is so incredibly bright no matter where you are in the building that it looks like it’s daylight. This photo was taken at 3 am when I kept waking up to road noise. They have no breakfast or coffee options and the lobby is closed and I think an employee is living in the lobby. There is someone’s pet dog behind the door that barks incessantly when you go into the check in area and tries to break down the glass door which is concerning.

We had to leave early for a family emergency and they were super kind and helped us out. Rooms were great. Water was hot and beds were comfortable! I will be staying again!!!

To start off with the pricing. Online states it’s about 60$ but when you get there it’s 90+.. theirs no breakfast. The washer and dryer is outside which is disgusting. They allowed people to sit outside of a car that wasn’t there for hours and cause trouble. The room was disgusting and not worth 90$ .. then when items were missing out of our room they had nothing to say but to talk to the police. Wouldn’t allow us to get any names , footage , etc . This place is full of incompetent people and druggies !! Keep your kids away please !!

Great location for hiking/caving. Extra space in the room to rest up and reset. Shout out to Harshil at the front desk for the great service. True 24 hour check in.

I was only there forone night but the trash can was full when I arrived, and the room didnt have a pleasant smell. HOWEVER that was the only issue ..for the price not bad .

I had a one night stay. The owner was very nice and customer service was top teir. He made sure to check in to make sure everything was good. The motel is older but he has plans for some great things to come.

Old worn out hotel.Room was dirty and furniture old.No continental breakfast available. Pool was green full of algae. They waived the 50 dollar dog fee and that was nice however the 110 dollar per night should have been about 55 per night for what you get.
