Called the toll free reservation number and requested a late check in. Got there about midnight, no one there. When I finally got into the room I had reserved, it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Dirty towels in the tub, no fresh towels, garbage can hadn't been emptied. Not sure yet if the fridge works, it was warm inside when I checked. Think I finally got it to turn on.

No matter the circumstances, do not stay here. This place is absolutely filthy. I woke up covered in over 40 bed bug bites, and even after two weeks, I’m still dealing with the marks and relentless itching. My bed alone was infested with an entire colony of bed bugs. Consider this your warning, stay far away!

Positive: The sheets were clean and it was at least a semi-affordable, safe place to stay out of the street. Negative: The room cleanliness was questionable.I spent a little extra to get the king size bed but when I arrived, I was told that there were no kings available and was given a room with 2 queens, but not compensated.Listed as providing breakfast, they didn't

Place has bed bugs. They refused to return money, stating, “we don’t have bed bugs.” Was bitten by one and called the police bc they refused to return our money and they had the audacity to kick us out! Response to your reply. I’m not the only one on here seeing bed bugs. I called the police after being bitten by one and you refused to return my money when I wanted to leave because of the bed bug. If I was taking advantage of you and doing what other people do, I would have stayed and then requested my money back in the morning and not have made an issue out of it an hour after being there after finding the bug! obviously I’m not staying in a place with bed bugs! If you don’t have clean comfortable bug free rooms then yes you should give guests money back when they want to leave after discovering it has bed bugs an hour after checking in! I never threatened your staff. You have cameras all over the place please check them. You only say what will keep you business but your hotel has quite the reputation for bed bugs. According to the gas station in that town we were told after the fact your hotel is known as bed bug inn. Unfortunately I never checked the reviews before getting the room bc we had been driving for 20 hours straights and we were exhausted. If it had been clean I would have stayed not requested my money back an hour later! At this point it’s not what you say or what I say. We will leave that up to elm creek public health to determine if there is a bed bug infestation.

Positive: It's right off the highway and across from a truck stop. Negative: Room was disgusting: a few bugs crawling about, a long hair was hanging from a folded towel above the toilet, and somehow the room was mostly hot despite AC on full blast (heat was radiating from the one corner/wall). Also the wifi didn't work.

We were so happy to see this place while driving through a storm. We found bed bugs within 3 minutes of getting on the bed The clerk claimed it never happened before and gave us a refund. But a short search showd this place used to be called "roadway inn" as well as "sunset inn" and both those businesses reviewes are terrible and not surprisingly :BED BUGS we left and took our chances with the storm

Owner was on vacation so he left a sweaty meth-head dude in charge of the front desk. He couldn't print my receipt or tell me the wifi password and was clearly on drugs. Room was OK but I think I killed about 6 bugs in my 10 hour stay!

Positive: Parking Negative: The lights outside the windows were horrible. And the blinds dont block any light. Very hard to sleep. The room smells bad
