The Grand Island Extended Stay

I am enjoying my stay so far! I didn't plan on being here, but it has been a very pleasant experience thus far, and everyone is very friendly! Even my neighbors. I'm not used to either after moving up here. Southern hospitality and all. Especially Texas. Everyone there you meet is a friendly neighbor and gracious to talk candidly "partner". Not so much here. Besides my doctors and nurses. Family, of course, too since they're transplants from Texas that moved here from Texas many years ago. Still? With in just a few mins here my first day? I had met so many of my neighbors, staff, and office people. All of them are extra friendly. The office lady Terra even placed someone on hold just to greet me, and I didn't even ask nor wished to. I was patient and respected their conversation. That was very considerate in my humble opinion and respectful! I haven't taken any pics, but I will as I go and add them later!

Price is bit much for small room size and unreliable internet wish we had a freezer fridge combo that actually kept stuff frozen and something like a oven for cooking owner and staff are very nice and understanding i wish tara was still my landlord where I'm at now Gail at daly property management is horrible doesn't get anything done can't return phone calls lies argues with section 8 almost got kicked out for non compliance with hud beginning of this month tara please save everyone from this massive idiot who doesn't know wth she's doing

Tara is amazing. They are on point with repairs and Catherine is an amazing housekeeper. The rooms are well done. You get a fridge with a small freezer and a very nice hot plate. I absolutely love it here. I would recommend it to any of my friends. Just updating stonedcookiegaming you are the one spreading lies. Tara is running a business number 1. If you knew anything about that she returns your mail to the postal cart after you move out she isn’t allowed to hold it. As for changing your address, that is left for you to do a business can not forward your mail if you had a brain you would know that from contacting your local post office. As for drugs, you are one to talk, I used to be a pot head so I know you are one as well. So don’t accuse people of things you do yourself. Also I’ve been here 2 years my rent has gone up twice it’s called cost of living. I would recommend that you grow up. Tara in the short 2 years I have been here has worked very hard to make The Grand Island Extended Stay one of the best and fairest priced places available. It’s people like you that mess it up and make it seem bad you left holes in the mattress and I only know that because a friend moved in your old room and dealt with it until they ended up moving rooms. So why not stop telling lies to a lot of people that are 100% FALSE and grow up!

Great if you're in between places for a month or two. Priced well. Been there a thousand times but never stayed there so I can't speak for the service.

Rooms are a bit small but overall I am liking it more the longer I stay. I don't recommend connecting to the wifi; I recommend using your phone's hotspot if you can, the ac works and the water will get hot quickly, the lights are in good spots, there are plenty of electrical outlets, the staff is nice and helpful.

I'm currently staying here, maybe been here more than a month or 2. The rooms are great and affordable. Tired of living paycheck to paycheck, come check them out. Tara the owner is very nice!

Friendly staff, clean room and sheets, comfy bed, good ac & shower, quiet, and free breakfast for ~$80! Great place and deal, thanks GI S8. Oh and nice indoor pool for the kiddos too

Well, me and my husband living hear for about a year now, it's ok, but looking forward to finding our own apartment.
