Super 8 by Wyndham Lincoln North

Me and my mom checked in during a hard time in a blizzard. We had mixed reservation issues but Bella at the front desk was eager to be helpful, accommodating and maintained a great attitude which made the situation so comfortable and easy. Customer service on par. Room clean and warm. We extended our stay for another night. I would recommend.

Found ourselves making a trip to Nebraska and due to weather, had not set up reservations for lodging. Some of the options we looked at seemed overpriced for our brief stay anticipated. Booked our reservation as we drove and the entire experience was smooth and efficient. Price excellent, room clean and quiet, and we were located only minutes away from each meeting we needed to attend. We will definitely use this facility again on return visits.

When I made the reservation they asked me for my ID, so far everything is normal until they also asked me for my wife's ID, I don't know why because they didn't explain things either. I have called other hotels to see if they do the same and I have even stayed at other hotels from the same company and I have never had to give another ID besides mine and then they ask me if I am a Lincoln citizen, clearly my ID gives you the necessary information to know that since I arrived they made me feel uncomfortable until the moment I left the next day they did not have breakfast as such, just bread and Orange juice, some muffins, that's all. There was an employee that another guest asked something and she was very rude with her answer.

The key cards failed TWICE. I arrived late at 1am and walking around the building when the cards didn't work at 2 separate outside doors was exhausting. Kleenex dispenser fell off wall....counter top in bathroom is skimpy. Looks like old part of town. Safe?

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room the toilet didn’t work. The second room smelled like rotting flesh mixed with puke. Third room was decent. The key cards didn’t hardly ever work. They needed to be upside down and still didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk constantly. I don’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean but run down. The tv worked but remote did not. So if you’re looking for prefect hotel this is not it. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered three bed which is just what I needed when traveling with adult kids. I would stay again based on clean room, friendly staff and the room had three comfortable beds.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was very peaceful. TV worked well. Coffee was awesome! Shower pressure was terrific. Breakfast isnt great for diabetics. Super Saver across the road. Friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

First of all we went to check in and lady at front desk was very rude saying that we couldn't check in until she could get her lazy housekeepers to come to work but not to get hope up checking in any time soon which it was already 3:30. Second we finally checked in at 6:30 and the room they put us in stunk so bad we went to get another room. The second room didn't stink but hallway smelled like pot and when we got to our room the ac hardly worked and we were on top floor. Pulled sheets back and they were not clean so slept on top of bedding. Bathroom was not clean. This was one of if not the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.
