The room didn't smell like a old bar with old cigarette butts. But I got the ichies. I did leave with bug bites

I believe the folks that run this hotel are genuine good people, they seem very friendly and welcoming. Family ran. They have worked tirelessly to renovate, clean, organize the entire building to provide a large Metropolitan city vibe located in the heart of the city of Lincoln high above all the rest on prime estate with views of down town and easy accessibility to literally wherever both locals and travelers can use alike including the smoke shop and restaurants nest door attached to multiple gas stations slots down town and the like market places hardware and what have you

Last time I was here the staff were really above and beyond. Old school rooms (including smoking) were clean. For the price, location and service it can't be beat. One time I walked in here after a night on the town and it was absurdly cold out (negative 15 or something) and the heater wouldn't keep up. The guy at the desk came back with two space heaters. Another time I just remember the family being really helpful and friendly.

Very clean rooms and extremely friendly family running the place. Yes, rooms are very basic and decor is dated but cleanliness and staff were surprisingly great. Also felt safe leaving my car and belongings behind while off for a concert.

Great place to stay for a night out on the town in Lincoln. The room was nice & cozy, air conditioning worked great, & the service was friendly & helpful. Microwave, coffee machine, & refrigerator in the room. It’s a great inexpensive option within walking distance of downtown Lincoln. We would stay here again.

Stayed in room 113. First night got chewed on in about 6 places on my body by bugs. Probably bed bugs. ruined my weekend. Everything was small and cheap looking and smelled of cheep cover up smells.They thought I was a liar when I told them. Hard to dispute bug bites which lasted the better part of 4 days. BEWARE! October of 2021

The front desk lady kicked me out cause she had to get it ready for another guest. And I think that was really rude and nasty. I was frist told I couldn't pay for another night till 10am I went in at the time I was given that is when I was told about room taken by some other costumer that is when All the other stuff happened I would give this hote a maybe a 2 for customer service

I got bug bites from my first night stay. I showed evidence to the night person who saw some of the bites. He moved me to another room and everything was ok for the 2 other night. They kept trying to tell me they were mosquito bites and not bed bugs cause upon there inspection they found no bugs. Something bit me up pretty good in about six locations on my body. Give me a break about mosquito bite which usually go away in about 10 mins. I still itch in about 3 places 4 days later. At first she said she would comp my first nights stay. On check out day she said she could not do it with about 10 excuses. She came just short of calling me liar. If she had comped my first night we would not be having this conversation. PS there are other things that can bite you in a motel room besides bed bugs. I guess its all about the money. BEWARE!
