Classic case of "you get what you pay for." By far the cheaper option in the area, but EVERYTHING was stained or broken. Surfaces were not cleaned and had gunk on them. Staff was very friendly and that is the only reason I can think of that explains the 5 star reviews. I am a heavy sleeper so the kids running around at 3am / the police being called didn't bother me. However, I understand why people would be upset with that.

Offered 2 rooms, both unacceptable. First stank of smoke (despite being a non smoking room) and had a broken AC and no fresh air - we went to reception apologised for the inconvenience but was offered a second room. The second room was even worse than the first! It absolutely reeked of urine, full of flies, damaged appliances (including AC) as well as being generally dirty and battered. We arrived. Checked two rooms. And left within 20 minutes. We rebooked a new CHEAPER motel in minutes! The surrounding area felt unsafe, the only positive part was that the receptionist was understanding and helped us with our refund. I do not understand how this place is still in business! The company has mentioned In prior responses up to 6 months ago that they will fix these problems. Do not believe them. Unfortunately we can't take a photo of a smell yet and you don't want to experience it anyway!

Filthy room. Dirty walls. Dirty floors. Dirty tub. Old worn-out bedding. Door lock was broken. HVAC noisy and barely working. I believe I am entitled to a full refund. Filthy and unsafe.

Positive: Jacuzzi tube was ok Negative: The air conditioning vent was nasty. The bathroom vent in window was very dirty. Stains on cover. Floor wasn?t cleaned either.

DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT! Absolutely filthy! There were cigarette burn holes in the comforters, blood stains everywhere, and fecal matter from the previous occupant in the bathroom.

Love the staff in the housekeeping they have smoking in non-smoking rooms available. The pricing was very affordable. I enjoyed my three-day stay there. The location is very close to a movie theater and a plaza with a grocery store shopping centers and plenty of places to eat.

Cleanliness is not maintained. Cheaper in comparison with other hotels. If you are looking for cheaper hotels in Buffalo then it may be an option but make it your last option please...

Even though we had set low expectations due to the price of our room, we immediately ran into an issue with our first room which smelled highly of marijuana. This is despite there being very clear signs of the rooms being "non smoking". Thankfully we were able to change rooms. The other room was better, but still the refrigerator looked like it hadn't ever been wiped down and looked disgusting inside. You definitely get what you pay for, and here it's not much.
