NillThe Indian manager at this motel charged me more money for a room than he charged a black guest. When I asked the black guest the amount he was charged for a room, he told me an amount that was less than mine. Which may have been discrimination based on race. And it at least was not reasonable customer service. As motel guests may talk to each other, and find out they were treated differently by a manager. So that having happened to me should have been the first sign of a pattern of issues against me by the manager. Which he allowed electricity to be off in my section of the property for several days in a row, in freezing temperatures. and he did that again, even though a number of guests and I complained to him about it almost every day. When I had to email the owner about that the 2nd time, the manager moved me to a room with a shower pipe that significantly was clogged. I did not know how he may respond if I mentioned about that. So I did not mention about that and finished packing my property in the first room. The key of which I left in the closed door for some minutes. When I left the room, the key no longer was in the door. I asked the manager about it, and he replied he did not know anything about that. A few days after that, an Amazon notification showed my package was delivered to the office. I asked the manager for it, and he replied he did not have my package. I mentioned to him about the Amazon notification indicating he did have it, and he replied again he did not have it. I said I was going to call police and went to my room. He knocked on my door 5 minutes after that with my package, but did not apologize or indicate a reason for having stole it at first. He did say he also called police, but did not indicate a reason for that. Even though it was him who violated the law. I asked him minutes after that whether or not he was sure he called police, and he replied that he did not do that. A few weeks after that, I asked him for clean bed sheets. And he replied a number of times for weeks that he would provide those to me, but never did so. The last of his replies, he acted physically threatening against me and shouted at me to 'wait' for the bed sheets. When I mentioned to him that is what I have done for weeks, he shouted at me to 'check out' of my room. All of which he shouted, while shaking, in an extremely angry way as though I were his kid. I know that many immigrants have not had an easy life in America, because of being discriminated against. So I tried to talk with the manager about his pattern of issue with me. But he replied as though he were a kid, by saying he does not have any issue with me and that he respects all of his guests. And so I realized his customer service actually is 0 stars. The reason is he showed he did not care about me as a guest, even to talk straight with me. A week after that, I had to check out of my room. When I could have rented there, and given the owner significantly more money, for a lot more time. I now can see the reason this motel always had almost no guests

Nilli booked online for a double bed single room, thinking there would be 2 beds. Nope! its a single bed that a size twin double. extremely misleading! the room is TINY!!!! the heater has temp buttons missing blowing out cold air. must pay a $20 deposit for what im unsure. Its like sleeping in a homeless shelter! wifi signal is always "weak" although next to front office. they have NO rooms with 2 beds. Window to speak to clerk is tiny and dirty. the bathroom and shower are absurd! i payed $70 plus the 20 deposit for a very cold tiny room! the bathroom doesnt lock. door to room next to us has no handle, just a rag sticking out of it. if i could give a neg star review i would. so far no bugs sited so thats a plus i guess. theres a fridge but no coffee maker or microwave. no plastic cups or ice bucket. if i had my own vehicle i would have paid the same price at red roof inn for 2 beds and heat and microwave ect! its me my husband and 2 boys! what the frick?! the pics arent of these rooms what the hell are u advertising booking.com?!?!?

NillThe housekeeper is awesome because that would be me lol. I clean everything in the rooms very good. The owners are really good people. Some people think they come off as rude but they don't mean to unless your an unreasonable customer. I stayed n a room here about 6 months before I started cleaning the rooms. I never had any complaints my whole stay. I loved my room I like the fact that they don't allow visitors. It keeps customers that don't want bothered at peace and keeps people from hanging around outside. I would stay again even if I didn't work 4 them. It's the cheapest motel on main Street. If u don't like it then u should probably stay at the Hilton or something.

NillRoom was pretty clean, except there were some small pieces of gum stuck in the carpet. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because, you're not allowed, what so ever, for any reason at all to have any company in, around, or even by your room or the motel in general. If you just so happen to have company & get caught you will be told / made to leave without any type of refund. Also if you're a smoker & they only have non smoking rooms, you have to pay a $20 deposit because it is a non smoking room. You will get it back at the end of your stay, but that is if they actually get up & check your room...

NillI've stayed in this hotel alot, Very clean, very sweet staff, Really good people if you do what your supposed to. never saw a bug or had any issues. Ill def stay again.

NillThe usual clientele of drug addicts and prostitutes. This motel has been in decline since the early 1970's when I-70 replaced Route 40 (Main Street) as the main thoroughfare into town. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The carpet and decor had a groovy 70's Vegas vibe. The bathroom was a tad sketchy but had a really nice vanity. It could have been better, it could have been worse.

NillBest hotel on the Main Street. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly. they know how to speak English and they have ADDED FLAT SCREEN TV 36in’s TV. 100/10 would recommend. Completely under new management and they are renovating the hotel. The best weekly price is very cheap. LOWEST PRICE!!!!
