Exactly what I needed for a trip to see an event at the Newport Music Hall. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Fridge and microwave were clean and working perfectly. Water pressure/hot water was great. AC was very chilly, appreciated given the summer heat. Bed was comfortable. All amenities worked as they should. Front desk staff was very polite and courteous, quick check in, easy check out. If needed there is also guest laundry and ice in the check in lobby. Was simple to pay card for the room rate and cash for the refundable deposit for the night. Plentiful free parking. Well lit area which was appreciated coming back so late from the venue. Slept like a rock and was able to get back on the road. I appreciated them answering the phones promptly as well. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

This is the cleanest Motel 6 I have ever been to! The staff is super friendly they always seem to have time for you nobody ever complains if you come to the desk even if it's 500 times lol the management is amazing as well no no unhappy workers here at all and very happy to get you towels answer questions and are just super super nice! My main thing is that the room is so clean and normally if you go to a hotel if there's dust on your feet if it's a wood floor not here it is spotless! I was very happy with my stay

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. Very cheap. But the staff is a nightmare. Especially the housekeeper & maintenance man. Very hostile. Very very very very rude. Refused to give you towels or anything when you need it. Rooms aren’t even really that clean. My bathtub was filthy. Poor communication with front desk staff they will bust into your room without knocking. Also the housekeeper will harass you. If you do anything she will threaten to have you kicked out the motel. She acts like she owns the place. Overall a terrible place to stay. Probably the worst motel 6 to stay at. I got get kicked out the motel for trying to jump my car cause it died. And the house keeper took numerous pictures and videos of me.

Did not have a good night there and actually checked out in the middle of the night. But I can't blame the people working there. Just people being inconsiderate. Person to my left would briefly leave their dog for a few minutes (cigarette break?) and the dog would bark. People to my left arguing and cursing about something, the person above me walking back and forth (floors are laminate), someone blasting their radio for 5 minutes at 11:30. By 1am we just gave up and left. Our room was clean, the place is well lit, check in was smooth and I really appreciated they kept two rooms for me knowing I would be arriving after 6pm. They also have security cameras set up too. There is a fair amount of noise from the highway though. I guess sometimes you get unlucky with the other "guests"

The staff was friendly and very welcoming, when I first got to the motel I was checked in super fast and efficient. Jade and the gentlemen that work in housekeeping where amazing when I requested for new sheets and towels. They have an elevator that works so I didn't have to walk up and down stair. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that my stay at Motel 6 was outstanding and that is what everyone did they all provided the best experience that one could ask for. Thank you Motel 6 you all are super awesome

UNTRUE REVIEWS UPSET ME! My daughter and I were displaced. I jumped online and started my search. The reviews I read, deterred me from many affordable hotels. I picked one and paid $71 a night. Worst decision of my life. Carpet was wet, mold, AC unit didn’t work and even my 2yr old couldn’t sleep on the mattress. So down the street we went to Motel 6. BEST FREAKIN DECISION!!! First off, the management and workers are awesome. So friendly and helpful. Quick and easy check-in, felt safe and comfortable. Washers and dryers for use in common area along with ice and vending machines. Lots of goodies in the machines! Went to our room, which I love having my own door to the parking lot. Which was just repaired and repaved. Our room was just what we needed. Clean, hardwood floors, brand new EVERYTHING!! Didn’t smell like smoke!! For those saying they’ve seen bugs, there’s no way!! I haven’t even seen a spider or any in our room. Let alone a roach. Just a clean, comfortable and modern room. We couldn’t be happier for the past 6weeks anywhere else!! Thank You to everyone working hard to make this the best Motel 6!!
