Motel 6 Columbus, OH

I base my rating on ms Serena and her customer service. She is so nice all the time and very patient. I can tell she really cares about the people that come through there as me and my family have had to be there for a while now. I do appreciate her and the management team

Within minutes of checking in and bring my items into the room, dozens of cockroaches immediately appeared and started invading my stuff. They were inside my purse!!! It was truly one of the worst expeditions my life! I had to throw away some of my possessions that were in boxes. I had to thoroughly inspect everything in the pouring rain before I put anything back in my car. I checked out immediately and demanded a full refund which I better get or I will sue the owners.

Cockroaches were running rampant as soon as we walked into our room. I took two we killed to the office and was asked if I wanted another room. I asked if it would be clean and was told” I don’t know I’m not in housekeeping “ The pillows had no pillowcases the sheets were dirty and the floor was filthy. The “ new” room had dead roaches on the floor. We left and drove another 3 hours. I will never stay in this dump again.

This motel is an awesome place to stay while vacationing! Very comfortable & quiet place. Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Very friendly staff. Free wifi. They go above and beyond for you. If you need something all you have to do is ask. They have a pop machine, snack machine & ice machine. They give you towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soap, & bowls for your ice. They have hangers if you need to hang your clothes or coats. Fridge & microwave in the rooms. Cable TV which also includes the Big 10 Network, ESPN etc for those of us that are FOOTBALL FANS :):) Restaurants, shopping right down the road. I recommend staying here on your next vacation or if you just need to get a way for the weekend. I know the next time we go on vacation we will be staying here again!!

This is the absolute worse place to stay. On top of the roaches they allowed a guest to fix his vehicle in the parking lot. When I complained the worker told me they were not making noise. They were grinding and had electrical cords running from the room. After I checked out at 2 am the manager came out and told them to stop

infested with roaches u had to buy my own spray. they gave someone else the key to our room because they forgot we were in there and the tv didn’t work the beds were so dirty. if i could leave zero stars i would horrible experience

When I stayed there a few years back staff was great an friendly I stayed for over six months with my three small kids an it was a time we loved it big shout out to the manager she was awesome when I moved an she held my mail for me

Me and my wife had a beautiful stay but sad to say I’m still waiting on my deposit to be refunded other than that and the roaches it was amazing
