Positive: The staff member that works in mornings name is difficult to pronounce, but starts with 'D' I believe and ends in iv not sure, brown hair, blue eyes, attention to my needs. I always get to room later generally and miss him He was polite attentive inform Negative: Not so good experience with evening staff member brown hair brown eyesnot friendly made me feel uncomfortable with rudeness doubtful to continue to stay here if he keeps putting me in 2nd fl rms when it's obvious I park in Handicap spot 125 not good room

Convenient location. Our room was stifling hot. We turned on the AC full to try and cool the room down. It never did get completely cool. I asked for a wakeup call for 5:15 am and the calls started at 4:48 am. 😞 For a double room there should be four towels not three I had to use towels I brought with us. My husband witnessed nothing was wiped down before adding clean towels etc The location was convenient to the surgical center for my grandson.

I was very pleased with the newly remodel rooms and the comfortable king size 🛌 I also was very happy to find out (unlike the hotel next door) they have your choice of 🚬 roon or a 🚭room! so I wasn't forced to go outside to 🚬, that's hard to find these days!! 💨

Positive: The hotel room was beyond my expectations. When I read the reviews other guest had left, I was so very expecting the absolute worse. Despite those reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms had been updated and were clean. Lacked on storage. Negative: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy when you moved around.

Positive: Nothing ! Negative: 3 pillows for 2 people makes no sense. Tv channels did not come in. Cobwebs around bed. Mold in grout of tub.orange chair was broken. Room smelled so strong of an air freshener thT I had to leave the door open to air out. NEVER AGAIN!

Positive: "" Negative: Numerous people just partying on the walkway right outside of your doors making way too much noise called Manager several times nothing was done eventually just had to leave. Did not feel safe at all as it was people just hanging out in the parking lot.
