This was really the worst, booked a room from booking.com, clearly stated they could take pets. I get there and the associate who is also the manager I learn later, states cats are not allowed. This is clearly not the first time as I ask and figure out how to place a refund. The manager, ya know the person in charge of the entire buildings customer service just could not be more disrespectful if he tried, just blamed it on me, I asked for some proof I didn't stay here, like a business card with a hand written note, I was told no. I asked for him to write it on a check in sheet, again I got no. The best was when I just asked for the dudes name in case the refund doesn't go through and I need to call since I don't live in this state, was again told no. I want to be clear I spent my life in customer service, I did not raise my voice, I did not curse, I was reasonable where he was not. Don't go here, it's not worth the hassle of the staff not to mention it looks pretty rough and there is nothing in the area. You go 1 mile away and spend 8 dollars more for a red roof right next to arcades, bars, gas stations, and restaurants.

Travel Inn is an old hotel with lots of character that's for sure. I've stayed here several times and I always have a pleasant stay. It's clean and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. For the price it's definitely worth it.

It deserves 0 stars. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom, the beds were pushed up against the walls, one against heater with only a chair between them holding a phone. Internet did not reach our room, 4 doors down from office. There was a loud beep happening every hour or so, not sure if it was the smoke detector. We just slept here (and not well) scared the room was going to start on fire with the bed pushed so tightly against the heater. This place needs to be inspected for fire hazard. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place was deplorable! Now granted I don't travel as much as I used to, but this place was down right disgusting, blood on the walls, the faucet didn't work properly, there's no mini fridge or microwave, I asked for enough towels and washcloths for me and my family and the guy I asked was very rude and wouldn't give me what I requested, there was no complimentary coffee, or coffee pot, no hair dryer or shampoo or conditioner, I shudder to think about what happened in that room before me and my family arrived. They don't offer any amenities, there's nothing special offered, and I wouldn't wish that filth on someone I don't like. I had to pay $70 for 1 night, and a $30 deposit on top of the $70, I wasn't told that when we rented the room online. I'm also disabled, my husband parked our vehicle under the awning close to the elevator since I can't do stairs anymore, immediately a person that was working there? came out and told him 'Only Staff, can park there' my husband explained he was only parking there briefly to help me and our 2 girls get settled and our luggage up to our room, he was told to move it within 5 minutes. This place needs to be demolished, I cannot believe that it's still in business, I feel ripped off and deceived, I have stayed in much nicer places for less money. Safe yourself the trouble and just skip this place.

Have stayed her since Saturday, February 22nd. House keeping does well, and they even have a 24 hour mini mart in the lobby! 8/10 would recommend! (Especially for the pricing!!

Positive: I was not able to stay at that hotel because they wanted $100 non-refundable per night for my emotional support dog. Negative: It's the same thing as above I was not able to stay there the gentleman at the desk was so rude

Do NOT book with this hotel if you have a pet!!!! I booked a room for 7 nights over the phone and am now being told that my dog can only stay in the room for 2 days when they already charged me and had the knowledge of my dog being with me all 7 nights… and will not refund my money to me.. Rodge at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE and nowhere online or on any sign is it posted that such a policy exists.. he pulled a piece of paper from behind the desk that only he could see that said that on it.. I will be contacting a lawyer about this scam.. he also told me that the company that booked me was the one that took my money when the charge on my card clearly says TRAVEL INN

I delivered a German made tractor to these guys. They were supper friendly. One of the mechanics told me all about these tractors. There sales people were also super friendly. In fact, they gave me a hat. Thanks, guys. They have a ton of equipment there too.
