This place is very gross stayed in two different rooms in 48hrs. The tub was gross sinks floors dirty room #28 . Trash from previous people in room still there. The water in room 1 was running orange dirt came out when I went to give my 4 year old a bath. As I went out our blankets down I bent down and bed bugs everywhere food on ceiling and floor possibly human tooth on the bed! How they think it’s ok put people in a room this gross plus bed bugs wonder how many people ended up with bed bugs because of it. Fire detection still covered in a bag my guess from druggies. But was never removed I check in room#1 around 1:30 and left with in 20 mins! They refused to answer door or give me a refund for that night when earlier agreed they would after complaint about room #28!! They need have inspection and something done about poor service and bed bugs wonder issues

The owners seem like nice people who care about the hotel. The room itself wasn't bad, it was quiet, comfortable bed, hot water, nice kitchenette. The owners english isn't the best but they can understand and are friendly/helpful. I was enjoying my stay up until they hired some transient person who was staying at the hotel to clean rooms. This guy was a tout who hassled me and my friend asking if we could spot him money or find him drugs. He had no money to pay for his room, and the owners being the nice people they are thought it was a good idea to hire this guy to help them clean, and have him going around in peoples rooms unsupervised. I travel for work and live out hotels and my car, running multiple businesses, making a lot of money, and I carry around a lot of valuable equipment. Cameras, computers, financial/business stuff, it's all laying around. So they let this guy in my room unsupervised where he could easily go though my stuff, compromising personal financial information and causing a big liability. Once he saw that I had money he started hassling me every time I came and went, which made it impossible to for me to continue staying there. I wish they had not allowed some random individual to violate my privacy by giving him access to my room.

This seemed to be an ok place. My husband and I got the last room for 65.00. It was late evening. We took our stuff in and went to eat. When we came back and showed, bedded down, we realized there was NO AC! There was a portable air cooler but it's not an AC. It was the first week of Sept and got very hot in the night. About 11 we started trying to contact the office. They were closed and would not answer the door nor the phone calls. All the other rooms had window units. We had to sleep with our door open in an unsafe area. Next morning coffee was made in the lobby, they avoided me and would not come to the desk. They knew what they'd done and didn't care that it was wrong.!!! What if there would have been a fire or real emergency...

Not sure why all the complaints. People choose the place because of the price. No it's not the Hilton! It is an older hotel with a ton of history. Our kitchenette was perfect. Yes some rooms have window units big deal! It doesn't get that hot in Wy. It took us awhile to figure out the steam radiator heating. The owner showed us how to use it. Our only problem was that we had no closet to hang our clothing, but that's not a huge problem.we figured it out. The staff was very friendly. Parking area was big and outside is well kept. If you have Hilton expectations go there...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Pay more money & go somewhere else. I made the mistake of booking through Booking.com & read alot of different reviews on it & it sounded good, seen pics. looked nice. Was I in for a shock. It was a dump. It's a old motel in run down side of Cheyenne. We had a hard time finding it, was coming from Cincinnati,Oh. Called to get directions & the man at the desk was nasty, he didn't know anything & was no help. We finally find it. I walked into the office & get hit with a nasty smell. No a/c on in office or lobby. It was 95* at 6:00P.M. I knew then our room was going to be nasty, I told him we were just going to stay 1 night instead of the 2 I had reserved. He said he didn't care cause I would still get charged since I went through Booking.com We went to our room, the a/c was filthy & didn't cool off the rooms. We didn't even want to sit down on anything. I was so upset I couldn't even eat supper. I went back to the desk guy & told him I had Asthma & lung disease, his a/c in that room didn't work, so I wouldn't be able to breath in there. My daughter was disabled to. He said I have a room down below. I said you don't have any other floors. Well, he took me down these STEEP stairs into a room where you see the water pipes hanging over the beds. It was cold though. I just stared. I wanted to take the lost, but my husband said we could handle it for 2 nights. I plan on e-mailing Booking.com & telling them what a dump it is & they lied. It was the worse motel we stayed in & we stayed in 9 different ones. It was the most expensive one to. And, could't get the dead lock to work, so we were scared to go to sleep.

We booked this room well in advance to be close to the path of totality for the eclipse and we took it because it was the last hotel room we could get at a reasonable price.||||We weren't expecting it to be flash so we weren't disappointed in that regard, we were just grateful to have a room for the night because we were very travel weary and jet lagged. Front manager was excellent, friendly & helpful. Free self-serve coffee & ice is available from the reception area.||||The room & bathroom were clean and the only real issue we had was that the carpet is very, very tired and stained and so dusty that it provoked asthmatic-allergy issues after a few hours sleeping in enclosed room. We were already planning to checkout early (around 3am) to head to our eclipse viewing point before the road from Denver got crazy, but we ended up checking out well before then due to the dust-provoked issues.||||Overall, This would be a good little reasonably priced transit spot if the carpet was replaced or professionally cleaned.

I arrived pretty late at night. There was one gentleman behind the desk, he found my reservation pretty quickly, gave me my room key and the time to check out the next morning. The room was pretty clean. There was a small hole in the sheets but nothing too terrible.

Just needed a cheap, no frills place to sleep, & this place did fit that bill. Our room was well worn, but reasonably clean. Some furnishings were newer, but the carpet was old. Biggest hassle was in heating the room. Old-style steam radiator which took some effort to control. Had to finally contact the desk for technical help. Surroundings are a bit seedy. Would not recommend walking around in the area late at night. There was a nice stained glass window in the bathroom...
