Great value for the money! Loved the location. Nice to have coffee for us of a morning and having a small kitchenette was nice. Rooms were a nice size and large bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again if we go back to that area!

This place needs work. The pullout couch was disgusting! The jacuzzi tub was also disgusting. The fact that you have to pay to have your room cleaned is unbelievable. The pool was too cold and the jacuzzi.there was cold. The front desk help were not welcoming. The activities center gal was helpful and friendly. Will not be staying here again.

Awesome team. Esteban, Serena, and the team made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate our whole family. Serena decorated my mothers room for her 80th birthday behind her back. She did an amazing job. The room looked spectacular. The hot tub and grounds were immaculate. We will be back.

This resort is in need of updating in the rooms. We were in building 12, and you can easily hear the traffic noise especially at commute time. The living room furniture needed to be replaced years ago. the bed is comfortable. The shower/tub combo is fine, except that there are no grab bars. This could be a problem for someone who feels more comfortable using a grab bar to get into and out of the tub. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly. We were in a one bedroom , an "A"unit. The lock off "B" unit is, presumably, what would make this a 2 bedroom. The walls are so thin that you can hear people using the microwave. Our neighbor had a dog that liked to bark. We would probably not return to this resort.

First off, all rooms are connected to another room, and if you get noisy neighbours, you don’t get a decent sleep. Neighbours beside my room were up at 6:30 and noisy. No respect for the adjoining room at all. I swear the man was deaf as he was very loud. I came for a relaxing vacation, which I did not get. Also not enough parking. I (a female) with my daughter had to walk quite a distance in the evening to get to our room. We didn’t feel safe, at all. Overall the room was ok, not super clean. Another problem is that the tubs are 1980’s jacuzzi tubs and the shower was an afterthought. For short people, or people with mobility issues it causes problems trying to get in and out of the tub. I would suggest choosing another hotel/motel to stay in.

At first glance it seemed a nice place to stay. All looked good (on line).......Our first night just sucked. We could hear everything said in the next unit. I literally thought they were in our bathroom. Not that the people were overly loud, but the walls are so thin. The next night we came back to our room and the place stunk !!! Not kidding, the smell was awful. Someone (next door ?) cooked something that reeked. It was so bad we cut our stay short & left. I say, do some research & find another place.

Was a pretty decent place to stay Location was good and easy to get too, access on and off the main road made this place a plus. The rooms are pretty good size and bathrooms are huge, lots of counter space as well as the shower itself was great! Lots of room and good water pressure Had 2 negativities to the place, 1 is parking is tough, have to walk aways if you get in late and your room is in the back. The other is that there isn’t a bedside stand on both sides of the bed. Not convenient if you’re not alone. Understanding there’s only so much room available so not a deal breaker to go back for me. Jorge at the front desk was super helpful , very friendly and I felt like he was wanting to do anything he could to make the check in and stay there super easy and stress free

3 days at this resort was perfect! Relaxing and great location in Mesa Arizona! Hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening. Kid friendly with activities throughout the week!
