This resort has a really nice setting with water views from many areas of the hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Jeleen. The resort is very clean and the remodel was worth the wait. The pool area is beautiful with a separate adult area.|We stayed in a junior suite which was very nice however I wish the bathroom was bigger. Two people could not be in it at the same time.|The club food offerings were adequate. |Well worth the visit

Our family had a fantastic experience at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort! From the moment we arrived, the valet and front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We were thrilled with our room upgrade, which provided a stunning Arizona vibe view—a perfect start to our stay. The entire resort was spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.||||The Grand Club Lounge was a standout, with amazing staff and a well-set-up space. We especially loved the espresso machine, a great perk for coffee lovers. The bar experience was excellent, featuring a free beer tasting and well-crafted cocktails at Tikitaka. The gym was well-equipped and clean, making it easy to stay active.||||Our son had an incredible time with the kids’ activities, especially the table tennis, pool slides, and T-shirt painting. It’s truly a great resort for families, offering plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults.||||A Few Notes||||The poolside attendants were attentive, but food orders took a bit longer than expected. Also, expanding kid-friendly food options in the lounge and restaurants would be a nice addition.||||Overall Experience||||With excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, Grand Hyatt Scottsdale is a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike. We can’t wait to return!

The remodel is beautiful, tons of amenities for kids. They absolutely had a blast at the pool and slide, the artificial beach was a nice touch. The staff has been wonderful and attentive. Normally I feel ignored at these types of hotel but not here, they have been kind and thoughtful without being pushy. I had a great time and will come back in the future

In one hotel you can see dogs, falcons, owls and Chef Richard Blais. The property features a 2.5-acre water playground with ten pools, a sand beach, and a three-story waterslide. This is a gem of a resort that welcomes everyone.||A resort with Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture and interiors (designed by Vernon Swaback), there is an openness that invites light at every angle.||With numerous "lawns" dotting the landscape, they are places for play, be it children, or adults. Children are welcome. A sand beach and the waterslide are reserved for children. Adults can engage in various cabanas that surround the property.||a visit to Spa Avania, a wellness retreat offering hydrotherapy and holistic treatments has a locker room and showers that are state-of-the-art. Go for the Tranquility Wrap.||Dining at the resort offers a variety of epicurean delights: Mesa Centrale is a central morning stop for coffee and the blue corn pancakes. Most restaurants offer indoor/outdoor options with sliding windows. Next to Mesa is Tiki Taka, where tapas and sushi collide in a culinary celebration of flavors. La Zozzona is an elegant Italian affair that excites the palate with handmade pastas, charcoal-grilled steaks and a dynamic daily menu. The wine list is extensive. The Grande Vista Lounge is just that, a large open bar space with stunning views and and craft cocktails. Poolside there is Sandbar. The Ahi Tuna Tacos with pickled onions is a must.||Rooms are spacious and open. Don't be surprised if you see celebrity chef Richard Blais moving through the various restaurants or if you see a man with a Falcon or Owl on his arm, charming the children with information about the animals.||This is the Sonoran desert, and unlike Palm Springs, this is DRY heat. The property is surrounded by water and golf courses making for a unique and sensational experience and stay.

The pool was wonderful. The 3 story slide! Large hot tub. Adults only pool area. Zero entry sand beach. Jumping pad. Water volleyball pool. We loved how the pool had so many different pool areas so it never felt all that crowded.

We were thrilled to see the newly remodeled Gainey Ranch. Lovely improvements, stylish refresh and upgrades without changing its classic character, the pool area especially. Exceptional service, live music and new lobby bar very festive. Nicely done!

Terrible front desk service. Front desk manager on duty was extremely rude. All I asked was if they take Apply Pay, which they do not. I left my corporate credit card at home so was trying to figure out a solution without using my personal They were rude and not helpful. Ended up paying with my personal card so will have to deal with reimbursement later. ||||More importantly, they charged me $50 for checking in 45 minutes early (1:15pm). I had a 2:30pm meeting so waiting until 2pm would cut it too close. Front desk said the room was ready but would cost $50. Ridiculous when I already paid $850 for the night - you're going to price gouge me for $50 for 45 minutes when it's no extra cost to the hotel? ||||Will never stay at another Hyatt. Always stick to Marriott. AVOID AT ALL COST.
