I can’t say enough great things about our stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale—it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning desert views, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious accommodations. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. From the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant team—everyone went above and beyond. Special thanks to the staff for their attention to detail and for making us feel so welcomed and pampered. We can't wait to come back!

Solidly mediocre. Not the Four Seasons’ best resort in its portfolio. Pools and grounds are beautiful and nice, but the rooms are not on par with other similar properties. They’re fine and that’s it, full stop. Service is top tier, which is a balance in terms of the rooms. Cuisine and restaurants too. The location is not too close to downtown Scottsdale so you’ll need to drive everywhere. In summary, solidly below average for the Four Seasons.

It's definitely very nice, with comfortable beds, excellent sheets/towels, a walk in closet, spacious bathroom and nice seating with a TV on the veranda. There are robes for in-room use, complimentary slippers, and an umbrella in the room (yes it actually rained while we were there). The mini bar prices were a bit outrageous--$9 for a bottle of sparkling water, and $15 for a small container of gummy bears, but they did have complimentary tea and espresso. 3 nights of self parking cost roughly $92 including tax. I HATE having to pay for parking at EXPENSIVE hotels. It should be included unless it is valet parking. If a mid range hotel can provide a decent room, free breakfast, free parking, and free internet access for less than $200 a night, then 4 Seasons should be able to provide free self parking when a room costs roughly $1,000 a night and doesn't even include breakfast. Our room was a rather long way from the resort lobby and included an uphill walk in the rain. We had multiple events to attend in the main building, so this was a bit of an issue for us. We could have called for a golf cart pick up, but that's not exactly convenient or even timely when so many people are trying to do the same thing. We found the resort staff to be attentive and friendly. So if you are looking for comfort with an element of poshness and you don't mind the hefty price tag, then 4 Seasons will meet your needs.

It’s in a beautiful setting. Stunning Sonoran desert views. The pool is heated but still a bit chilly midwinter. The service is good but not great. For instance we had our room cleaned and the tub was left with soap suds after our kids bubble bath. The table was never cleaned that we ate on. And the rooms need an upgrade (cracks in the tiles where plumbing fixtures improperly installed). It’s remote but we door dashed a lot of meals because for the price the food was not to the same quality. It’s worth the trip but I think they need to bring the price down a bit as it’s just not that white glove feel to it and service that Four Seasons is known for. Spectacular views!! And kid friendly, with great cribs provided. Although they neglected to mention on check in that there is a kids center. They asked if we enjoyed it on the way out.

Excellent service from all the staff! Housekeeping, valet, management, spa, restaurant staff, everyone! Shay at Onyx, everyone at Proof, Micheal at Talavera were very professional. Gorgeous setting, beautiful surroundings. Lots of walking and hiking in and around the resort- great for dogs. Enjoyed a Pickleball clinic with Stacie. The astronomy night was amazing. Looking at the moon with the telescope 🔭 The spa facilities are wonderful. Steam, sauna, relaxation room, fluffy robe and spa sandals provided. Gym is clean with waters, fruit and Gatorade provided. Highly recommend!

Food is awful. Like undercooked and awful. The draft beer at the pool is warm if not hot. There’s no sheets on the bed so you are forced to use the overwhelming comforter and blast the a/c to maintain a comfortable temperature. The a/c unit is old and makes a ton of noise. The refrigerator is also old and makes noise. Place needs to be removed and replaced in general. If this is what Four Seasons considers acceptable, they need a new staff. In conclusion, it’s abhorrent.

Location is a bit remote but in some ways it is great. Service is not nearly what you would expect for a four seasons. In the last twelve months, we have been to Napa and the Seychelles and this is miles behind. As for the rooms, I would expect more. This feels like a luxurious Motel 6. Same noisy fridge and AC. Bedding and fireplace save the day. The grounds are gorgeous. The view from the bar at sunset is amazing but……. You should try harder. Because you are not anywhere close to where I expect the brand to be.

Just finished the fourth stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale property. We’ve enjoyed the Sonoran views occasionally over the past few years, as a getaway. The service was excellent from nearly all employees, which is expected at a Four Seasons property and the reason for our choice to stay at Four Seasons resorts. ||The rooms are feeling outdated and the heating is inadequate. There was a cold spell during our stay, but shivering under blankets isn’t acceptable. Very tired gas fireplaces appear to be from the late 90s and add to a very stale feel. Room decore is also very out of step and feels yesteryear. The detactched rooms perhaps are not maintained as well as the main hotel? Not sure, but it was disappointing. Particularly, the elevator seemed dirty, with very worn carpet. The room number signs we worn off (2422 room) adding to the tired and uncared for feel, along with animal excrement caked on the balcony terrace, that accompanied us for coffee each morning. Last, but certainly not least, I was left for 30 minutes, literally 30 minutes, at a breakfast meeting at Proof, by my server. This was apparently due to some sort of memory lapse as the restaurant was flustered with a large group. Upsetting and sub par. ||This property is being ignored, and the owners are not managing it well, in my experience. Four Seasons needs to be aware this isn’t up to the brand. Very mediocre.
