Oceans edge is one of the best resorts in the cape. From the minute you walk in they make you feel at home. The staff is wonderful, rooms are beautiful and well kept, eating options at the Mansion were great visit Bayzo's or Roscommon room food is great. We also swam in pool and enjoyed the hot tubs. Would recommend Oceans Edge to anyone.

My husband and I wanted to get away for New Year's eve and choose Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. I'd wanted to check it out to see if it was something we would like during the summer months. We stayed 3 nights in one of the "Villas" in the Villages area of the resort.||The main resort / Mansion is where you check in and it's absolutely beautiful and classy. Check in was a breeze and we headed out to our Villa. It's a short drive down the street and on the other side of the road from the main hotel. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to have to drive out of the main area and down the street, so was a little surprised at that. But not the end of the world.||We did not partake of the New Year's Eve festivities at the resort, so can't comment on that.||We were on the lower level of the building. Note: there are no elevators, so if you are in the 60+ age category like us, beware of lugging your suite cases up and down stairs.||Not sure why they call them villas because there is nothing "villa" like about them. There are several villas stacked on top and around each other and all we heard from above us was kids running around and banging all night. ||Our villa was a 1 bedroom. It was very spacious, clean, nice open concept between the kitchen and living area, bathroom was sufficient, bedroom was big with lots of room. I found it interesting that when you first walk into the unit, there is a closet to your right, but no hangers and no door. The bedroom closet also had no door, but did have a few hangers. Be sure to bring your own hangers.||A few notes: while the kitchen did have some pots, pans, dishes, eating utensils, etc. There were no cooking utensils in the unit, such as a spatula or big spoons (I made eggs one morning and had to scrape them out with a metal fork! The other thing we found was that at night, the lighting in the unit was very minimal and it was a little dark. ||Overall, it was a good stay, but for us, not sure we would stay there again.

My husband and I recently spent a night at The Villages, at Ocean Edge - as we do every year as we spend Thanksgiving with friend in Brewster. As always we were warmly welcomed at check-in; and when we entered our unit there was a bottle of wine with 2 glasses - adding even more warmth to the welcome. The unit itself was spotless, quiet and equipped with everything we could want. At check-out, we were presented with two bags of freshly made cookies for the drive home. We're already looking forward to our next stay and hope to return in the fall for a long-weekend of bike-riding. A great choice at any time of year.

This was our third trip to Ocean Edge - we enjoy visiting in the Fall. Everyone we met at this resort was very friendly and true hospitality experts. On my walks in the morning, the grounds keepers would acknowledge me and say hello. We enjoyed going to the pub and listening to live music - Derek was behind the bar the evening we were there, and he was exceptional - he made great drinks and struck up a friendly conversation with everyone. It’s a happy and relaxing place. Great place to escape to!

We went down in mid week for a getaway, just my wife and I. It was beautiful and I highly recommend it. We both do. The place was really clean and housekeeping Was there every day. The front desk people were very helpful. We went to Bayzo’s One night and the music was toe tapping good as were the dishes. Went to Skakit beach in Orleans, the bookstore, the indoor pool, and the Rock Harbor Grill. We’re going to come back every year after Labor Day and just spend some time chilling out. It was fantastic.

Stayed a night for a friend’s wedding in October, our room was very spacious with its own bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen area. Would love to come back during summer months to enjoy the beach and pool. The shuttles were great for getting around the resort

Didn't realize i was going to a resort as it was just for one night and conveniently located. I stayed in a one bedroom townhouse that was very spacious , clean and well appointed. I didn't use any of the facilities but it is a very large property. I paid a very reasonable price for off season in a very nice place. Certainly much nicer than your average Cape Cod motel. I would come back in season to enjoy all of the facilities.

We decided to have a very different Thanksgiving this year and spent it at Ocean Edge!! My husband, our dog and myself spent the weekend including Thanksgiving day. We had Thanksgiving dinner in the Roscommon Room which was both beautiful and delicious, hiked the Cape Cod Rail Trail all 3 days, went to the beach and an outdoor craft fair in Orleans. The Villages are perfectly suited for travel with a dog. She loves it as much as we do.
