Pitlik's Sand Beach Resort

Just had a fish fry at the restaurant. Have been there in the past. Very cool rustic vibe, nice view of the lake, great service and best baked fish I've had anywhere, including southeast Wisconsin where I live.

We spent an amazing 3 days at Pitlik Sand Beach resort! The surrounding woods are beautiful and we were able to enjoy the wonderful lakes on one of the resorts’ pontoon boats! Having the restaurant and bar there was an added bonus. Food was great and bar and wait staff were awesome! Can’t say enough about this place! we are definitely going back!

One of the best get together places in the North woods, been coming here for almost 10 yrs. Always have a debate between the blue gill or the walleye platter. Had to choose the blue gill, they are so delicious like candy. Please if you're ever in the North woods and it happens to be Friday I recommend this place. PS, don't get me started on the drinks!

My girlfriends and I ate here for our Weekend on Fri. night, 10/20/23. Good food & drinks and nicely-plated full plates! Very warm and cute. Nice bar area. Lots of windows, which I like. Not cramped feeling. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in that neck of the woods, again!

We were very disappointed this visit. Cottage was nice but that was it. The bar wasn't open, the game room and the restaurant were not open either. We should have been notified of these changes. That was the reason for staying there , for convenience, Because everything else is 20 miles either way. Sorry but we do not plan on returning.

What a charming spot! It was the perfect getaway tucked in a beautiful corner of northern Wisconsin. The food at the restaurant was amazing. They had a killer fish fry special with lots of options to choose from. The service from our server and bartenders were above and beyond. This place does a wonderful job of paying homage to its history while also providing a modern and cozy atmosphere that generations to come will appreciate. The cabins have been updated and contain all the things you need to enjoy some relaxation on the lake. I can’t wait to go back!😍

The four of us had the baked fish and buttered red potatoes. A generous portion was served, in a timely manner, with a very pleasant wait server, along with delightful atmosphere. Previously, we have had the delicious fried haddock, but we went healthier with the baked haddock, last night. Unfortunately, it was more on the consistency of dry swordfish than the moist, flaky fish that we are used to. However, we will definitely be back, and recommend this place highly!!

We ate here while in the Northwoods. The decor and location were great the food was meh. Don’t go for the food. Get the Bloody Mary it’s a meal.
