Little Sweden Resort

This is our fourth stay at this property, the first two times in a one bedroom in the main building, and the last two times in one of the two-bedroom condos. We stayed using my sister-in-law's Wyndham timeshare points. This is probably the best place using her points that we have stayed at. One car garage, two, two-person hot tubs (one in downstairs bathroom, one in upstairs bathroom), and a real wood burning fireplace. Since this is during winter, all three of these amenities are greatly appreciated! The unit itself is very nice. Large enclosed and heated porch, and while not necessarily usable in the winter, a large deck with grill. We didn't use the activity room this time, but there is a pool and some games available. The unit itself is very relaxing and the perfect get away! (The one bedrooms don't have the fireplace or garage, but do have the hottubs, and are also quite nice. But the condo units can't be beat!)

Beautiful & roomy accommodations. Everything clean & shining.our unit was right across from pool/rec center. Everything provided in kitchen & huge, huge bathrooms, both with whirlpool tubs & shower stalls. Nice location in Door County.

Little Sweden is a slice of heaven. We have been coming here for over 15 years and finally upon retirements, we are owners. This place never disappoints, from the cozy garage upon arrival to the neatly piled wood ready for the amazing fireplace. We had a visit from our 4 years old granddaughter who quickly claimed the four seasons room for her toy room. The unit accommodates easily 8 and the layout provides for plenty of privacy or group conversations. The staff has always been friendly and problem solvers for us. Kitty and Greg took care of our housing needs and helped us stay additional days when a snow storm challenged our travel. Janet in housekeeping was always available and helpful as family and friends visited us and we needed new sheets and towels. We are already looking forward to our return in February.

Beds comfy (LOVE the comforters) - spacious accommodations - stackable washer and dryer were quiet and did a great job (Arm and Hammer Free and Clear soap provided - nice touch) - fireplace OOOOH so NICE and cozy - pool and indoor and OUTDOOR hot tub were FANTASTIC. Trails to do snowshoeing & walking were great and made for us by staff using a snowmobile and different levels of trails (easy, moderate, difficult) Go eat at Donny's Glidden Lodge (make reservations on a weekend) FANTASTIC TASTING FOOD & great service. Wow. Wow. Pool, hot tub and rooms AWESOME! Clean and well maintained. We even had a garage to park in. This is the place to stay. So many things to do on site; ice skating, sledding and cross country sking to name a few. So peaceful.

Little sweden never disappoints. Staff always friendly and assist anyway they can to make your stay enjoyable. Nestled amongst nature's beautiful trees the cabins are spacious and ready for you to make family memories. Birds, rabbits, deer can be seen in the area. Workout facilities and pool area clean. Sports equipment available for use. Golf course very nice and hiking trail my favorite. If you want to relax and enjoy life don't miss out -- book your reservation at Little Sweden!

My husband and I sat by the fire almost every night and watched the snow fall. Very relaxing stay. Love having a garage as well

This is a premium resort with all the comforts to enjoy your stay as couples or families up 8, I believe. The units are well kept with strict rules on keeping it well maintained with recycling bins. Having the garage is the main reason I have come here more than 20 years. I had 2 week timeshare but gave it up and decided to come when I feel like it. The upper area is newer but similar inside compared to the lower area villas. Leave a tip to housekeeping since they have to do two floors.
