Tony is grouchy and doesn’t like snowmobilers who are looking to have a good time. Last year he would not give us a drink unless we brought our glasses back and used the same one because he said he didn’t want to have to bus the tables and do dishes. So odd to me when you are in there buying drinks from him. Just odd customer service. He also yelled at our friend and told him to quiet down. He was by no means acting a fool just having fun and yelled across the bar at us. Then this year we pulled up all the lights were on and people where in there drinking and when we pulled up he turned the lights off and pretended to be closed. When we walked in there were five or six people in there drinking (it was early too) and he told us he was closed. Just rude. There are much nicer owners and bartenders in the area. We will not be back.

So sad that the owner who clearly didn’t want non regulars at his bar. He stopped people that were offering us drinks. Then when he ran out of white claw And kept asking are you ok!? we said no thanks on the other drink. He went off on us. So we decided to leave without a tip. He’s the owner anyway. We spent $50 in less than an hour on drinks. He then said thanks for the f^**ing tip With that I told him I supported him a few years ago when the locals didn’t want him to have his business there and I told him I was uncomfortable with what was happening he told us not to come back Bye Tony

Great accommodations. Tony and Arlyce are great people. Everyone that you come in contact with in the northwoods is so polite and kind. Steve Strait from hooksetter guide service is awesome. Looking forward to coming back next year for our 3rd trip.

Very nice very clean cabins. Visited a friend staying there. Cabin was right on the water. They have boats for you and motors to rent if you dont have one. I will be calling to make a reservation for next season (if they have an opening)......

We have never stayed here, but we rent a boat from Tony whenever we gone up. Great price on both fishing and pontoon boats, good condition and always takes great care of us.

Very quaint setting overlooking the lake. Nice cozy bar, great hosts.
