I will NOT recommend any family who is there for medanta to go into this hotel if they don't want additional stress. Very rude staff, the one who is on night duty specially is very rude. Very bad ACs and rooms were smelly. Have to call multiple times for room cleaning service. In our 5 days of stay, they only changed bedsheet one time , that also when we called multiple times, also staff on the reception was never there. Environment is not at all family friendly, always multiple group of people outside smoking. Though they were charging 2500, their room quality is not even close to 1000. They only have oily food on their menu, so we used to order from outside, and the reception staff got into a verbal argument with me for this. Next time, I was taking packaged water in my room, and he was staring me so I asked if there's any problem? And he started saying random things like why are you so scared and followed me till my room. I had to close my door. Most likely he was drunk. Please save your money and look for some other hotel, don't make the same mistake as we did.
