Organized daughter's 5th Birthday party on 10th Nov 2024 and couldn't ask for a better experience. The food was awesome and well prepared, everyone loved the taste.Service was great and spot on.Decor was very nice. Special thanks to Anu ma'am and her team for helping us in hosting a memorable birthday party.

The elite banquet hall provided an exceptional for our recent event, with a beautiful, well maintained space, attentive staff who seamlessly managed every detail, and delicious food that was presented beautifully.

Recently we booked for reception event, management was very friendly and I was worried on extra food plates, but supervisor Arjun help me in getting extra plates immediately with any issues. Banquet hall manager Anitha was very friendly in explaining about costs and price. Over all i high recommended this hotel for events.

Parking seems a bit small but i got a spot to park my vehicle. There are four banquet halls in total under dhruv elite. I visited kamalam banquet hall today. Hall is properly air conditioned in spite of crowd in the hall. Stage provided is a bit small but compared to the hall it is of good size. Price for the hall and food is combined and a quote is given to the customer. Usually with vegetarian food the price is around 600 to 800 per pax. Washrooms are maintained well. Food is of good quality and taste. Music system is also provided by the management if asked. Location is also easy to find on shivam road.

Book a room with the hotel, there was no chair present in the room even after asking for same many times , chair was not provided , the ambiance is good but staff behavior and service is poor.

We had to book venue for marriage urgently due to medical emergency in my family , we had no option but to choose from the one was available. Breakfast served was horrible, idlis became grey, Pongal was very salty, Upma was salty for the price they charged per plate it was not at all worth it living in south India. Lunch was also very very average. The utensils used for serving were not cleaned properly. I had major hygiene concerns about the way they were dropping spoons and reusing again without cleaning. I don’t know what’s wrong with the whole review section but I wouldn’t be hosting anything there. There was only one room given which was very much cramped it was not spacious at all. I understand as it was last moment that we booked the venue but the service for the price we paid was not justifying at all. Also the lifts !!!!!!!! I don’t know who uses such lifts when you have 6 floors of building. It was very inconvenient

We had a family gathering on 10th November 2024 at Dhruv Elite, in the Mayuram Hall on the 3rd floor, it was a fantastic experience. Anu and Arjun were extremely helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciate their efforts. The food was delicious, the staff was polite and attentive, and the banquet hall was managed perfectly by a truly professional team. Make sure to speak with Anu and Arjun to get the best out of your event—they'll take care of everything!

Had a 75th birthday party here and it was a dream! All of the decor and food was completely handled by the venue and it was so easy. Anu helped us through everything and gave us such reasonable prices. She was very hospitable and even my kids liked her. I hope to host another event here with her soon! 10/10 recommended.
