Our 4 day stay at Mountain and Peace was truly memorable. The property lives up to its name...peaceful, clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views that you can never get enough of🍃 . The owner and staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We were traveling with pets, and it felt safe, comfortable, and homely throughout. It's one of those rare places that make you want to come back every time you're in Shimla. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy the weather, and spend quality time with loved ones.💯🙌

I was initially a bit concerned about the location, but after reading other positive reviews, I decided to give it a try—and I'm so glad I did. The owner is an incredibly humble and soft-spoken person who goes out of his way to make guests feel at home. While the property is slightly farther from the city, it's by no means a disadvantage. The road is mostly in good condition, with just a few potholes and a rough patch of around 200 meters. There's ample car parking available, and the rooms are neat and clean, with good quality bedsheets. True to its name, the place offers a peaceful, serene atmosphere surrounded by mountains—perfect for those looking to unwind and disconnect. I felt completely relaxed during my stay, and the overall vibe was very homely and comforting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay away from the city's hustle!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend staying at Mountain and Peace. Had a wonderful time with family. It is really peaceful as it is away from the main city. The owner is very helpful and co-operative. He arranged a cab for us in a short time. Location: It's far away from the Mall road. 400 mtr road near the hotel is not concrete. Parking space is there in the hotel. Rooms: Spacious, neat and clean rooms. Hot water is available all the time. Terrace is there on the same floor which provides breath-taking views. You can see the sunset as well. Food: Taste is good but quantity is less. Options are limited. There is an option to order from a nearby restaurant.

This place was a little far off the town. We initially were very hesitant to reach this place as it is located in a very narrow road with a very steep incline. Our tempo driver was reluctant to come to the Homestay. The owner stepped in and guided the vehicle. We had a nice breakfast though a bit pricey. Would recommend this place only if you are very comfortable briving on very steep paths. Tourists would be better off staying in the town. That said the support given by the host is great if not for his initiative we would have moved out even if we are loosing out booking.

Our 3 days stay here at Mountain and peace was fantastic. The property has a good scenic beauty. Rooms were clean and cosy for stay with excellent behaviour of hotel staff. Shantam and his team will make sure you will get whatever you want. Value in terms of money.

Great location beautiful view, a good place to relax and make us feel At home. Close to major tourist attractions of the city plus will gave you mountain feel. The staff is very hardworking specially Shantam and Santosh who are there every time to assist you. Food is very good. Overall it was an exceptional experience which exceeded our expectations.

It's very good place to stay, if you want to stay in peace and close to nature then it's very good to stay here. Service was amazing...food which they prepared and served is very hygienic and taste like your home foods. Rooms are neat and clean, maid is also available for cleaning and dusting. Everything is available in rooms like Fridge,induction, water filter, gyser, utensils etc..so if you wish to prepare your own food you can do it. ..Host and staff is very polite and cooperative. Host Shantam is very nice person, he also stay in same property with their family so he is available any time if you need any help. My experience was very good and price is also reasonable according to the place. Thanks Shantam for all your hospitality.
