5 star ratings for service and food. Pros: 1. Staff is very polite, courteous and provide very quick service. 2. Serves fresh and tasty food with variety and your choice even in buffet. 3. Rooms are clean and large with beautiful view 4. Best part is that their team never says no as an answer to your requests and always try to delight you with their offerings. Pros: 1. Hotel is easy to find and located but a bit distant from mall road though it was not a concern for me as I liked the view and quiteness during my peaceful vacation

I had amazing experience staying for 2 nights. Welcomed with a charm. Rooms were really huge and service was really good. Food was awesome, special appreciation for the staff and cook. They provide amazing service. Balcony view of valley is very beautiful. Had amazing stay there for 2 nights. Will love to visit again.

Our experience at Hotel Best Nest was really Awesome! It didn't felt like we were in a hotel, we just felt like we are at our home. The food was so scrumptious. The service provided by the staff was really commendable, they were very polite and humble with all the visitors. The owners of this hotel were also very compassionate and friendly. Even the location of this place was slightly far from the city in a very peaceful and calm environment from where we were able to witness the scenic beauty of nature. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone going to shimla.
