Hotel was good & cleen, food stuff is good, staff are cooperative & well mannered, MR. Happy personaly attend everything and very friendly behaviour. Excess to hottel little bit tricky but it is manageable from vehicle. Overall Nice ambience and atmosphere with beautiful view of valley from room. My best wishes for their staff, owner and hotel.

The food was delicious with great variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Room service was quick and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience. *Extremely Poor Experience – Misleading Room Category & Unhygienic Conditions* We had booked a *Super Deluxe category top floor room* at Hotel Silicon Valley, Shimla for 26th and 27th April 2026 through Top Hill Travel Company. On arrival on 26th April, we were instead given a *basement minus-2 floor room* that was nothing close to Super Deluxe. The room was very small, had a strong foul smell, and insects were crawling inside. The bathroom door lock was broken, the flush did not work, and there was no water supply for 2 hours in the morning. When we showed the insects to the hotel manager, he casually said top floor rooms were given to other guests and asked us to “adjust”. We have photos and videos of the insects and room condition, which we also shared with Top Hill Travel Company. Hemant Varma from Top Hill Travel tried convincing us that this basement room was the Super Deluxe room we paid for. Only after strong complaints to his senior was the issue escalated. *Food & Hygiene:* The hotel food was the worst – only 2 to 4 items, poor taste, and no hygiene. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. *Summary:* - *Booked*: Super Deluxe Top Floor - *Given*: Basement -2, substandard room - *Issues*: Smell, insects, broken bathroom lock, no water, no flush, misrepresentation - *Staff response*: Unprofessional, dismissive - *Food*: Unhygienic, very limited Location is worst. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel. What you book is not what you get. The experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money.
