**"Disappointing Stay and Service - Not Worth the Money"** I recently stayed at this hotel in Shimla, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The price I paid didn’t justify the quality of service or amenities provided. - The room lacked basic essentials like toilet rolls, and the pillow covers were torn. - Room service was inadequate; they only cleaned the floor and didn’t bother with the bedding. - The food ordered from the hotel was below average. The taxi service provided by the owner was even worse. We booked a full-day service to Kufri and other places, but the owner claimed Kufri was closed due to snow and took us to Jhakhu Temple instead. Later, when we requested a trip to Mall Road in the evening, he initially refused, citing other places to cover. Eventually, he sent another driver very late, who took us to a closed museum and refused to visit Sankat Mochan and Vaishno Devi temples, stating he wouldn’t take us back to Mall Road afterward. For this subpar service, they charged us an exorbitant ₹2500 just for a short trip from the hotel to Mall Road and back. It was extremely frustrating, and we couldn’t explore Shimla as planned. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It completely ruined my experience of Shimla.

Very nice rooms and cleaning work very nice and them behaviour like family members and food also very nice thank you so much the leisure inn❤️🙏🏻

The hospitality service is really very good. The rooms are spacious enough and very neat. The owner is very polite with everyone. The best part is the mountain view from the room, its awesome. Moreover, the food is very delicious. This is the best hotel in shimla as per my experience.

Great, less expensive place to stay.. Food was Amazing as well.. Had a great experience there! Though they had only one guy managing everything there at that time. Had 5 rooms only as well!

Wonderful hotel...ultimate rooms nd bathrooms, such a nice, friendly and polite staff. Even every single person who belongs to hotel they knows very well how to treat a customer... I really appreciate guys 🙏🏻👍🏻🌹

Hotel Rooms view awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️wonderfull, staff is very polite with custmers nd Room services are also very good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms are very clean love this hotel coz we can see full shimla view in one room window 😍😍

Services of this hotel were pathetic No toilet necessities, broken door locks, smelly blankets and staff rude behaviour. Do not come to this hotel Better explore other

Hotel is quite good...the location was just amazing...but room service is pathetic...just disappointed.. other wise good.
