I just wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to UMA, Muthu and all the staff members of Northern suites, the hospitality, food and place is awesome we had a wonderful get-together few days back in Northern suites. It was truly an unforgettable experience, From the moment we all arrived in the hotel rooms, I could feel the warmth and love in the atmosphere and hospitality given was world class, thanks to the whole staff of Northern Suites it was really mind blowing experience and the hotel rooms are kept very neatly with all the basic requirements in place, it was indeed as good as any star hotels, the terrace area is really wonderful for any small get together and to create great memories of the life time...

They charge 50 rupees for used plates bcs of reason no water in bangalore and they dont provide room service like delivering parcel of food or courier. But room is excellent

Rooms are average. If you prefer to stay near Brookfield or kundanahalli, this is a good one. No parking available, you have to park your four wheeler near the road. Hot water comes slowly, if you wait for sometime after the cold water. The room is good, there are no additional things like coffee packet/tea packet/milk powder packet, but you will get a small kettle for making hot water.

It was a great stay I was very comfortable with the staff the room cleaning services were very fast and very neat . According to charges rooms are very good . The only thing is that they don't have a warm water facility in the bathroom.

An overpriced over hyped rating place which fooled us into booking a stay here. The rooms are small and there is pathetic wifi service. It’s surprising how people will work from their rooms if there is no wifi connection. The receptionist has an attitude problem. The restaurant apparently requires a minimum of two hour prior notice to prepare any food. Why would anyone with common sense book such a stay ever?

Property is good but services from staff has been very disappointing as they are not able to provide basic requirement such as providing plates or spoon, etc. Also some of the staff are not behaving professionally. They are not actively providing the services. Still need more improvements. Jai Hind..
