Shilton Suites

The location of the property is in the heart of the city but the room was very average. I specifically booked a suite because I wanted a good night's sleep but in vain. From the time we checked in there was an issue with the AC with water leaking in the room but the administration never took any action. I specifically asked for my room to be changed and they said they are fully booked and denied. I later found out that some got their rooms upgraded whereas we were denied saying there were no room. I stayed here for one night with my daughter and it wasn't the experience I was looking for. Maybe because we were women they thought they could take us for a ride.

A well maintained 3-star hotel with amazing facilities. Rooms and washrooms are spacious, neat and clean. The owner and the staff is too good and their room service is mind blowing. And special thanks to zubair wani for his amazing hospitality. He is such a lovely guy, personally I loved him.

I had a terrible experience at shilton suites. They show no regard for their customers and have extremely rude staff, especially the RECEPTIONIST was particularly unhelpful and unwilling to assist when I arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, even though rooms were available. To make matters worse, they impose additional charges unnecessarily that too just because the customer reached 1-1.5 hours before, they were trying to impose extra charges which is as much as 50% of entire tariff per day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are many better hotels in the same location.

In Usmaan Road near MG Road. A well maintained room with an attached kitchen. Facilities are good, rooms are spacious and neat. Service is a little bit slow but good. Main attraction is all these comes with a very low price and it was really unbelievable for me. Free breakfast with good varieties of food available. That also added advantage. Very near to the Biometric Centre Bangalore. Hot water available all the time. Parking as per my knowledge available in the roadside.
