Hotel East Park Review: #No safety for women My recent stay at Hotel East Park was quite disappointing, especially regarding their customer service. Unfortunately, the staff did not respond appropriately to my needs, particularly when interacting with women. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, there were significant issues during the night. When I needed assistance in the middle of the night, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. This level of service is far from what one would expect from a hotel and needs immediate improvement. Overall, Hotel East Park did not meet my expectations, primarily due to their poor treatment of guests and lack of proper response during critical times. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to enhance their customer service to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family... That was a good experience for me... This hotel environment is very comfortable for me. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious foods... We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Neat clean and cozy... The only issue I had was that it a bit out of the way... The staff was friendly and accomodating... I even got free bottles of water just cause I asked( he said the offer was only for me 😎 )

I was a regular customer...But the staff ..young person behavior is not at all good.. They're very arrogant and no proper response
