Very large rooms and spotless cleaned services available under budget. Car parking was also available. Hot water and other services were available. Nice cozy rooms.

Only positive thing is Room was very nice, clean & wide other than that all was disappointed. 1. Location shown in google map is totally wrong... it was 3kms away from that somewhere going in way of thalakauvery. 2. Hotel is also not in main road, it was around 0.75Kms away from main road.. To reach hotel we have to use only a single narrow path way and that too is also a mud road.. reaching by car is very risky 4. No street lights to go room in night times from main road, we have to use only our mobile torch 5. No room keys was provided, hotel staff is telling camera is available u can go safely 6. No clear parking facilities.. anyhow we managed to go in that mud road and park our car near hotel but family's staying next to hotel not allowing to park there and even fought with us.. we complained owner regarding this but he was also trying to convince us only 7. For room service only one small boy was available and he is only convenient in Hindi not any other language even English. 8. Complimentary break fast is also bought from a normal local tea stall kind of hotel.. was not hygienic and tasty... break fast was also given at 10 clock after enquiring them 2 times 9. No dustbin in room, washroom shower handle was broken, bathing bucket was leaking, no room spray, no mosquito repellent, no proper wifi, I have visited coorg thrice and this was the worst experience I have faced with room stay like this..
