The hotel is 10min far from Mysore Palace and St. Philomena Church and their services are good, 24×7 hot water, staff is also very Co-operative. Those from North India, there is Mahavir restaurant down, nice North Indian food is available here with delicious taste and reasonable price. Highly recommendable.

Hotel Location is 10min travel distance from Railway station. Rooms are OK but not clean poor maintenance. Through phone they speak different but when you visit their attitude is different. we have to park our car in front of the Hotel in road no safe parking, if anything happens to our vehicles surely they will do nothing. Not recommend.. One best thing is hot water 💧 is avial in bathroom 24 hours...

Booked 2 rooms via make my trip and paid full amount in advance. When we tried to check in, they told the rooms are not available. They have only one room available. They are not aware of the booking through make my trip and denied the stay. I had to argue with them and at the end they have provided 2 rooms. Rooms, bed and toilets are not hygeine. The receptionist and the room boys are unprofessional and rude. They are scamming the people. No parking facility. U need to park the car on road. Overall very pathetic service. Think 100 times before booking the room

Rooms were clean. Got one day room for 500+ /- only. Worth for that price. Very accessible to Bus Station and as well as Railway station. Staff were polite, and even accepted Early morning check in on request with some extra charges at Reception.

A decent hotel, easy to locate, easy access to city bus stand. Just 2.2 km away from railway station. No canteen facility available however ordering over phone and room service is possible. 24 hrs check-in facility. Neat clean n hygienic room. No ceiling fan instead wall fan is installed, since the weather was ok so we could enjoy our stay in this non-ac room. Receptionist is good, very much friendly n helpful. I booked this hotel on easemytrip at a very decent price. Infact at a lesser price than trivago.
