Suhashini Palace

My family (Me, my wife and 2 kids) went to Mysore after Dasara and stayed here for 2 days in Family room. Room is neat and clean, but rest room size can be increased, even one person can't stand inside. Please note this hotel doesn't have restuarant. They giving tokens and asked to have complimentary breakfast in restaurant opposite to hotel. Food is good. No doubt in it. But only thing I disappointed is they gave token only for adults and literally cheated by saying no complimentary breakfast for kids. To my knowledge hotels generally provide Complementary for all guests inspite of age. I understood they giving lame reasons and I walked away. So owner or top management in hotel should look into this.

Overall the stay was good. But they could have improved the checkin process. I have booked through MakeMyTrip for a night and we have arrived at the hotel 2 hour before the checkin time. So we were asked to pay extra 800 rupees to check in early.

Best hotel, very close to most of the tourist spots. There are a couple of hotels nearby, but costly though. The room was comfortable, service was top class and every employee gave their best to keep the services good. The baby pantry is also helpful to prepare food for newborns. Best and affordable hotel in Mysore.

Worst experience 1. No sufficient parking for four wheeler. 2. The room is full of cockroaches. 3. Although it's an AC room there is full noise and disturbance from outside the road. 4. Located near Mysore palace and church. 5. Nearby restaurants are available.

Got manipulated and it's indirectly i got offended so i didn't book any rooms so rating it as negative in service. By this they don't think much of customer.

Worst stay , highly charge for dirty room small bathroom without any toiletries, not vlean the dustbin before check in250ml ,milk they charge 50 rs ,for breakfast which is spoiled our mood in morning, small portions with limited breakfast 1 ,idli which is uncooked 1small dosa ,1 vada which is biscuit size .. tap water provided to drink ... worst experience.never ever book this worst hotel.

The hotel is located in a prime location but the service is very poor. Even after paying hefty charges of room rent, they are not providing extra bed for kids. Worst and arrogant staff behaviour.

Excellent place to stay. Good room service. Rooms are big and clean. They provide atleast 1 complimentary tea a day for a member. Otherwise it's a excellent hotel
