Very poor service and showing very bad and rude attitude to their customers they are collecting amount in advance and not returning fund pls don’t chose their accommodation and I’m not recommending anyone from my experience

"Fantastic stay at hotel The room was spotless, modern, and had a beautiful city view. Staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to assist. Location was perfect—close to major attractions and great dining spots. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, though it got busy at times.
