Green Pepper Homestay Munnar

We have booked a room from Chennai. Booking confirmation given by a person name Ram, and paid advance amount rs 1900 after the wayanad landslide issue. We have cancelled the trip. We paid the advance payment. They will return the amount they give a promise by Ram but it's More than a month still we didn't get a paid amount. Money not coming from the tree. This is a very bad experience with these people. Kindly Don't trust these people. Don't make any progress directly. Better go with the guidance of other booking apps.

We have booked room via agoda . While calling green pepper for confirmation, they have asked for advance and we have paid by trusting them. Due to land slide issues and red alert , we were not able to travel and cancelled before a week. The person named Ram told will return the amount in a month time and after multiple calls no response recieved and not even picking the call. Totally irritating and irresponsible from tis home stay. Don't book this hotel by seeing the 4 star rating. These guys are cheaters and only money minded.

The place is very new and they are still working on it. Our room was on the floor that seemed to be completely ready and everything looked really new, clean and nice.

Homely homestay, clean and neat rooms. Natural beautiful view visible from rooms. Tea / coffee service available. Very good homestay at reasonable price

I really enjoyed my stay at Green Pepper. Ram, the host, did everything to make my stay a truly pleasant one. The homestay is in a quite area has a great view and is nice and quite. As the local bus is leaving in front of the house it’s easy to travel to town. I would book here again.

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!! We booked and confirmed for a group of 7 to stay, but 2 months later they cancelled the booking days before we were due to arrive. They said they had double booked, so likely received a better offer, cancelling our booking and leaving my family with nowhere to stay.

The owner was a very helping guy Mr Ram.. he helped us with everything. He was very much helpful in providing cooking services and rooms very very clean and nit... Little bit advice, bathroom were smelling which needs improvement. ( We didn't raised this issue with Mr Ram as we were tired) Rest everything was awesome and beautiful view there. Mr Ram very nice guy...
