Vintage Residency

This is one of the worst stays I ever had. The AC was not working most of the times n the toilet flush as well. When we called the reception to report this, the manager Peter mentioned "there is a limit on which he can help us" and asked me why didn't i ask for a room change. He had no respect to this Customers n very arrogant behaviour. Please avoid talking to Peter is you stay in this hotel.

They have the best meals at Koothuparamba. Every item on the menu is super delicious. The place is clean, and the staff is great.

Service is good. Ac rooms are available on a daily basis.Food is tasty but costly. A party hall is also available.parking available.

Their Breakfast Dosa items are superb, The Thattu Dosa and Ghee roast we had were really good. Might be one of the best if not the best Ghee Roast we had.

Happened to go here for late lunch. Good place for a relaxed meal. Wouldn't mind going again.

Don't go here. Worst management..Very disappointed with the staff behaviour..I had booked a banquet hall for my baby's 1st birthday. Few days before the event they cancelled the booking and using the hall for some other purpose. The date was confirmed long before. They even putting blame on us by saying that we had booked in another date. They are not valuing the customers. Never expected such a cheating from their side.

Had a get-together of around 30persons today. Good food, Courteous services and excellent location
