Worst experience ever. The room was extremely unhygienic — the bathroom was not clean, and there was old feces on the toilet seat, Cockroaches were roaming all over the room and washroom . The bedsheet had blood stains and hair on it. The dustbin contained used condoms and underwear, which was absolutely disgusting. The service was equally poor. The AC was not working, and even after multiple complaints, no one responded or provided any solution. There was not even drinking water available. Highly disappointed with the hygiene, service, and overall management. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel staff is good very helpfull but the problem is the ac is not good is like in another unit outside is full of dust and like very bad things even the room door also soo much time to take lock and bathroom is good handshower and also the problem is about room and for that is ac is not clean not good cooling and even in the photo they show like it's 4 to. 5 starbut quality you will see you it's 3 star that main question Parking is good but the thing is like it's not have shade and even bathroom door is not clean and the cleaning staff clean with broom on table and sofa thats main question I think the one more problem that I face is that no lift working is still going one

The cupboard was not clean; dust and spider webs were present inside. One cupboard also contained one empty alcohol bottle and a cigarette lighter. The bathroom fixtures were not in good condition, the basin was not usable, and the toilet position was inconvenient.

Worst hotel I have even been in. Cocroaches in room. Didn't clean the washroom. Bed was dirty, and had hair on it. Didn't clean the dustbin. Dirty and used glasses everywhere. Had uncleaned room. Didn't give soap, towel or even water. Worst possible. Also, near a cemetary. I generally give good ratings, and don't even bother to write reviews. This was so bad that I had to do it. Please avoid booking here.
