Overall, the food was excellent. Chef Santhosh's cooking was outstanding, and every dish truly tasted like homemade food. The front office staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. ❤️❤️ cleaning staffs karpagam and priyanka service was awesome.

Nice place for a family visit. Rooms are decent for the price. Worth the money, ask for help if you need anything, Karan at the reception will be glad to help. Chef Santhosh and Balakrishnan made simple but good homely food. Chapathis were very soft. House keeping was good.

We had a wonderful 2-day family stay at TTDC Hotel Coonoor. The stay was simple, peaceful, and very comfortable. The rooms were neat and decent, giving a homely feeling throughout our stay. The food was also very good — simple menu, but tasty and just like home-cooked meals, which we really appreciated as a family. A special mention to Mr. Pandian at the reception for his excellent support and courteous service during our stay. He was very helpful and made our experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable family stay. Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality.
