We had an amazing stay at this beautiful homestay in Kodaikanal! We booked for a group of 13 people, and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and coziness. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The common areas were ideal for group activities, and the serene surroundings added to the charm of the place. Every single thing is good about this place. It's close to the upper lake view point. Room - Very clean and comfortable. Worth every penny Service - Kumar (owner) and Raja (caretaker) are well mannered and they are always to the point. Also they conveyed everything clearly. Raja's barbeque chicken is a must try 😋

Wonderful and spacious home stay. Attention to detail and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. From the cozy living areas to the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom, every aspect of the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The rooms are very spacious and well furnished (maybe slightly over furnished!) Comfortable beds with quality blankets. Stay was great. The house is littered with decorative items and if you have little kids, it will surely be a nightmare to save these innumerable breakable things mostly kept within reach of kids. The only thing which I was not comfortable with is the surveillance camera in the kitchen area. Though I am sure that the owners have a valid reason for keeping the surveillance camera inside the kitchen, it felt a bit uncanny. Overall it is a great property for a memorable stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was really helpful and good. The interiors of the villa was very creative. The owner was very good in responding and in his service. A family friend villa . They have 5 rooms with 2 kitchens

It was a wonderful experience staying at the villa. We came along from Bangalore with our kids. The villa was very well maintained and made us feel at home.The surroundings were very serene and it was like taking a walk through nature. The host and caretakers were very quick to respond to any sort of queries. It was pleasing to see that they were extremely open to help. It is situated in a very fine location with most popular tourist spots located just 20-25 minutes from the place. Definitely staying here for my next visit!

Had a very good experience throughout our stay here at the villa. The place is situated in a very calm location and the surroundings were very pleasant. Very easy to access the main town and lake area along with popular tourist spots from this place. Maintenance of the villa was top notch. Hospitality was wonderful as the host and caretakers are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything. On the whole, it was a pleasure staying here and I would love to recommend this place for anyone visiting.

I booked the property for 2 nights for 16 member group. The property is maintained extremely well and the ambiance was superb. Rooms were really awesome & my family & others really enjoyed the stay. Food was so homely & served piping hot. The caretaker Mr. Raja & his family made us feeling at home.
