Dolphin Nose Retreat by Cloud Walk

We stayed at Cloud Walk in Vattakanal from 12th to 16th May as a family, and it was truly a delightful and refreshing experience. The property is nestled amidst nature, offering stunning views, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful ambience that helps you instantly unwind.||||The check-in process was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed by the team. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Piyush, Mr. Arun, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Easwaran, and Mr. Sharma for making our stay so comfortable and memorable with their gracious hospitality and thoughtful service.||||The food was another highlight—delicious, freshly prepared, and served in generous portions. Both quality and quantity were excellent, making each meal something to look forward to.||||A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for creating this beautiful and tranquil space. The care and thought put into every detail of the property truly shows, and it makes Cloud Walk feel like a home in the hills.||||Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a connection with nature. Excellent location where this hotel is located. The sight seeing from the Hotel balcony was amazing. Service and support from the staffs are extraordinary. Immediate response for the requests placed. Stomach friendly and Homely breakfast served. Overall me and my family members including kids enjoyed stay here.

I rate it 5/5. Location is very nearer to dolphin nose, early morning you can go for a small trek there to view point. The view for the balcony is awesome. Service and food quality is good. Staff are friendly and guide you to nearest and good tourist places.

We had the best time! Absolutely highly recommended. We spend 6 nights at cloud walk and we had the most amazing time. The staff were amazing! Helped us with anything we asked for and it felt like they are really here for you. The room was amazing, the view was great and everything was clean and new. We enjoyed so much We took the bigger room with full view and it was the best decision. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet and relaxing The stuff really made our stay amazing, they were so helpful and professional. I highly recommend on this place, the best place in Vattakanal!

Overall it was an excellent stay. Rooms were great and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony as the name indicates. Staff were very courteous, kind and helpful. Food was very good, large quantity and reasonable price. Highly recommend for a great stay.

Well booked this place for two nights based on reviews. If you plan to stay at this hotel only then it is a good choice but if you plan to visit around, then keep in mind you have to be a very skilled driver or have some expert driver and pray that the small roads are not clogged. They have 6 rooms in each block,3 in one floor. Luckily we had ourselves in that block one night, but the rooms don’t offer sound protection. If it is on fully booked and on weekend, you could get easily disturbed/privacy concerns Rooms were decent unfortunately one of the rooms we stayed had toilet clogged and bathroom not cleaned,but the staff took care of it Breakfast spread is small,but some items were good. They don’t have fresh juices instead canned juice They charge 1500rs for bon fire The views from the balcony are good Kunal in front office was friendly and ready to to take care of any help

The stay was awesome, food is also good. Clean rooms with good balcony view. We enjoyed the cloud view from our balcony. The homestay is recommended if someone wants to book here. Dolphins nose view point is just next to this homestay , so you can enjoy the views.

Cloud Walk is a beautiful walking path in Kodaikanal. It is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with nice views of the hills and trees. The air feels fresh and cool. It’s a great place to take a slow walk, relax, and enjoy the calm environment. Perfect for people who love nature and want to spend some quiet time away from busy places.
