Pawnacamp campsite - G

I booked for 3 of my friends, we booked their 1000rs per person tent package. The tent was good but the bedding was non-existent. There was this foam that we use for packing heavy machinery used as bedding maybe the pricer options would be better. The food was all good but non-veg diner was too sweet. The toilets were functional and most importantly the vibe was awesome! You can so much fun there's dancing with good music and the view was awesome and there are times that it's just you and nature to relax alongside the lake.

Enjoyed lot. Here is my experience. We had booked for another location but might be lack booking they transferred us to this location. After reading the lots of negative reviews for this location we got nervous. Location is exact as marked on the Google map with ample parking space. Car can be driven to the location. As we reached on time 4pm on Sunday, we had choices to select the tent. We had booked for normal one (₹1000 PP). Due to rainy weather they shifted all normal tents under sheds very close to each other so we decided switch to Triangular tent (₹1500 PP) provided with fan, light and the charging points. The camping facilities were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. Good thing was that the site was divided in two parts, bachelors and families. The tents were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate 2 people. Blankets were provided, mats weren't of good quality. The shared washrooms were kept clean which was much appreciated. Handwash was available at Washbasin area. The campsite staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Equipments was arranged for Board archery, carom, badminton. Everything was as per the schedule mentioned while booking. At 5 pm we received tea and onion pakoda (unlimited). Then we went to enjoy lake side. Due to cloudy ⛅ weather we missed the sunset. At 8 pm dj music was started, dance floor was made with good lighting same time we received BBQ, chicken 🍗(5 pcs), onion slices. Chicken was tasty & cooked well. for vegetarian there was half boiled corn 🌽, 2 pcs of each paneer, potato 🥔, pineapple 🍍. Around 10 pm dinner was started, dinner was unlimited which was unexpectedly good thing. Non vegetarian thali had chicken & egg 🥚 curry, chapati, rice. Vegetarian thali mutter paneer, aloo Sabji, rice, chapati, papad. Next day at 8 am tea and poha was served. Then we experienced the kayaking, boating option was not there. Overall experience was good. Bonfire was not arranged.

Pros: Location is good. Food is okay for the price. Staff okay,responding well. Cons: Food supply not happens as per schedule given. No indication when food is ready. Most people visits for drink, DJ & dance... If you want enjoy nature peacefully these camps not right place. Organizers plays music until mid night/early morning. BTW kayaking in the morning was good but extra money paid for it.

Rates are not according to the tents they are to expensive compared to the tents. Tents are of 3rd class quality. Purchase your own tents and take them with you that will be more better.Toilets and washrooms are the worst. Buy your own drinks from outside before entering the camps that will be more cheaper. They all are sitting to squander your money thats it ..Good for bachelors families please avoid.

Location is very nice. pawana lake starts from campsite. Food safety s also good. But be ready to come out of your comfort zone as restrooms are not that clean and neat but we can't expect more from campsite. Carry extra bedding in winter it became very cold at night due to proximity to lake. Enjoy your experience of camping

Nice experience about the nature. But the management is very bad. The quality of tea, BBQ or food was below average which was included in the package. But if you take some different dish which was chargeable that was good. So the things which are included in package they took that things very granted. Should improve that things so customers who visit enjoy their stay with good food also. Tent was good,games were also there which was nice to spend the time. Roads are very bad.

Campsite G has 3 camp sites side by side. Out of which one main at right hand is good. But you need to ask for it otherwise they will give one which has less variety. Anyway the experience was awesome. Food was delicious and tents are clean and big for two. Lake is little far as it is summer now. Barbeque was awesome but limited. Overall enjoyed this campaign.

I don't know, how people have given such nice reviews. Most of the staff here are under age. The food is bad, the tents are not clean, they don't even provide a mattress and pillows, however I do not know about other camps also, so this is not a comparison with other camps. The washrooms are not cleaned. The bonfire was just 3 small logs of wood which they started around 11.30 pm and after that too we had to take care of it ourselves. We were literally finding cardboard boxes ourselves to keep it burning.In a nutshell, the camping here is not worth at all, unless you are going in a big group. Response to the owner about not finding my booking- My booking ws done by the other member of the group.
