Club Emerald

One of the worst experiences ever!! The location was secluded and difficult to find. Once I was ready to check-in the reception desk was very nonchalant and uninterested in assisting the customer. After checking in I noticed the bathroom was stinking, bedsheet was stained, and wi-fi was not setup. I informed the room service and the wi-fi was setup at 2 AM which worked for 20 minutes and stopped working throughout the night until check-out. On top of everything else, when I went to have a bath the color of the water n the bathroom was brown and dirty. Please see attached picture. I waited for half hour to see if the water color changes but it did not. Then there was no hot or even warm water available to have a bath. I was forced to have a cold shower. Even during check-out I merely got an apology from the team. This is not acceptable I have paid a total of 7,300/- for one night in vain. Nothing matched the advertisement and reviews online. This hotel is a total waste of money. I request the team to kindly look into this immediately and offer some kind of refund to my disappointing stay. Also, this hotel is not suitable for solo travelers or families. Only for people who don't care about money or comfort.

The hotel is good and we directly walked in to book the room instead of booking online. The manager at front desk gave a free upgrade to a suite room. So nice of him. Suite room is quite big and is very convenient for 2 adults + 1 kid. the hotel looks a bit old and definitely needs refurbishment. OVerall, good experience. Breakfast spread and options could have been better.

Hosted my daughter's birthday here. Vishal was very accommodating, polite and helpful in organising my event. We had a fully Jain menu and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend!!

Club Emerald stay was 3 star. Service was good. Location was good. My room was ok and bathroom felt congested. Food quality was ok too. Though in dinner fixed menu was served, it could have been a buffet. Room was smelly.

Pathetic Hotel, Rude staff, Service Poor, Room stinks with toilet smell even through their A/C outlet it smells Pathetic across the entire room. The water taps have water flowing filled with mud and dirt. Reference video for the same have been uploaded from my end. Go for any other hotel but not this. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience in Chembur.. very unhygienic linen and washroom..inspite of constant request to Housekeeping and reception dirty filthy linens were not changed due to laundry excuse.. n the housekeeping barged in during check out without prior notice or permission and then I get a call from reception about check out.. hopeless service..no maintenance as WC had filthy water accumulating..pathetic experience overall.

Excellent food on Sunday in the Arabia festival fantastic ambience no compromise in quality be just simply loved the deserts and starters the super mind blowing
