The Eye Club, HHI Vimannagar

I stayed here for two days but it's horrible experience because rooms smell like anything. When asked from housekeeping they have mention that its because of rains and seepage.once upon a time it was renowned hotel but it's rundown now which you can feel once you enter the room. Food quality is also not good especially breakfast I will not recommend. Only plus point is location.

Restaurant staff was pretty good and responsive to our feedback including Suman and Bappa Ghosh, they tried their best to match our expectations. 1st day's breakfast was boring and tasteless while 4th day's was miles above in taste. We suggest them to go for quality over quantity / variety, keep the recipes authentic and traditional without any fancy fusion stuff. 1st priority for the Hotel and Restaurant has to be hygiene.

I have stayed in this hotel many times before but this was my first stay after covid. Earlier the service of this hotel was very good but now it is not even at the level of one star hotel. I had booked a presidential suite. After checking the toilet after check-in, i found that even toilet roll and basic kit was not provided. At dinner time i ordered soup which was for rs 250 and neither salt, nor paper nor butter was provided with it. After that i ordered pane-er tikka and was also served a cockroach in the plate which i returned. After that i did not order anything to eat.

Horrible place to visit. Hope there was an option to give no stars at all. Attended an event yesterday at The Eye Club it was a pathetic experience. Highly price Bailley water for 105 and Heniken beer for 473. It took 25 min wait to give order and as their punching system is slow. Once payment done they hand over a bill with incorrect order. When informed that this is what the order given no response and staff blaming each other rather than solving issue. Please do not go to this place till date my worst experience.

I have had a very good experience with the staff and service here. 1st when we hosted our wedding and reception in 2021, and now just recently hosted a small party for 30 guests. The manager, Mr. Biplab, is very kind and supportive, and also very considerate of our requirements. He ensured things were arranged well, staff was very helpful throughout the event, food was amazing, and our guests were really happy!

I stayed for a day and was happy with the stay. The rooms are small and old but decent. The service was so good and the staff were polite and decent and it is in a prime location. Offered a complimentary breakfast buffet with North &South Indian cuisine.

Food tests are good but other things can be better. Washrooms are not Clean. Improper management of staff. Yesterday there was some part going on on the 1st floor and our team went here for team dinner. We faced delays in order. It's frustrating.

This review is for HHI Hotel Viman nagar as this is the proper location of the hotel & other location on Google is wrongly pinned & will take you to a wrong location & place . 1st thing is that this is not a 4 star hotel as they claim , its a 1 star hotel with the quality of property they are offering & also the quality of staff here is zero star . No one will help you with bags during check in or check out , the bell boy will keep staring at you but wont assist . Front office staff are rude , Sly & Canny . The hotel is ill maintained & is 1 star to say the least . Only saving grace is their housekeeping team on the floor who are trying their level best to upkeep this pathetic hotel . Management is super bad & there are much better options at this price at Viman Nagar . If you want to have a bad experience then only book this hotel & waste your money.
