It looks hygienic on the outside but beware at night you will be relished by bed bugs & mosquitoes and flies in the bathroom. When we raised our concern at the reception the guy said' abh virar nallasopara mein toh hoga hi na sir" Food at saffron grill was good, staff are also polite but it lacks hygiene. Not worth staying at all.

Very bad service ever No taste in food .not proper service Staff behaviour very bad.. Zero rating... Poor quality of service and ambience... Not recommended to any one.. They are making fool 😭

One of the best halls for wedding and engagement ceremonies because it's massive and also very beautiful. I can tell because I visited the place inside. It has great infrastructure and almost everything anyone needs. The washrooms are good too, and the view from the place is great. One of the reasons why I like this place is because it's quiet and far from noise. Foods and drink served here is great too.

The only bright spot here is the absolutely professional female receptionist. First of all, there was nothing deluxe or super about Room 111 alloted to me under the guise of non availability due to pest control treatment. Im certain that this wasnt so, and demand an explanation and partial refund. I had no choice, but accept the socalled super deluxe room as I had arrived after a long journey from the NE, for a meeting. The galling part was that i was also asked to pay in full immediately. The sheet was torn in a corner and kept slipping off the mattress as it wasnt a good fit.The kettle was nonfunctional. The TV didnt turn on. No refrigerator. Breakfast is at 8am the masala dosa consists of 2 small.dosas with a thin coating of potato inside. The texture was of a wet handlerchief. The sambar was watery with a little semi cooked dhal at the bottom. I wonder if it is inhouse considering it took 45 minutes to deliver and arrived lukewarm. I paid an exhorbitant 4300/- for a nights' stay. I was amused.to see that the room tariff which was hovering around under 4000 is today ( June 7,2024) at over 7000. No response.to my post though.

We had a booked 2 halls for a wedding function along with stay for 2 days. The room service was not good, no one came to clean the room and the service was not up to the mark. Too many mosquitoes. However the food was too awesome.

Service for Program was troublesome, I was provided by music system saying that it will be necessary and then they gave a faulty one without proper cables to connect laptop, I had spent 60000 for the program and had to use mic on laptop speakers to get sound, after repeated requests to solve problem, rhe staff didn't respond, very dissatisfied
