The staff is extremely rude. No complimentary water is provided, they were giving tap water. When we asked for Bisleri as a complimentary option, they demanded payment. The staff's attitude was unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no 24-hour hot water supply, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Even the AC was emitting a bad smell. If you ever find yourself in a situation where this is the only hotel available, I still wouldn’t recommend staying here."

Taxi driver couldn’t find the place, arrived middle of night. No water, no help with AC, cushions were mouldy. Awful place, don’t stay here.

Worst of the worstest‼️‼️Book this hotel unless you want bed bugs creeping all over the bed and on your body❗️The hotel doesn’t provide any toiletries(not even a soap) after charging this high price for a filthy and dirty room.Staffs are so ill mannered and so cheap hospitality .The room we got -I am guessing a murder took place there as there were fresh meat pieces hanging all over the wall with blood splashes Smells horrible ‼️

Room is clean.But too small.Only two members can adjust.So much Expensive.Regarding Payment here they can't except online payments.Not only this hotel but also each & every shopkeeper is not excepting online payment.ONLY CASH they demand.This is not good.

Located in a crowded area. No lifts in the hote. There are 4 floors 1 to 4, so if you get higher floor then climbing is pain. Not recommend for families. Rooms are very small. Bedsheets pillow sheets were not clean completely. Bathroom no exhaust. I had to only spend 10-12 hours to catch flight next day, so I managed.

Dont book room over here. The Owner is really rude. He charges 1700 per night as didnot even provide us the water bottel which is really disappointing. There is no lift and stairs are very tough. Rooms smell was very bad.bedsheets was not clean Totally disappointed with this hotel.
