Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and False Promises I recently booked two 3-bed AC rooms at Antlers for a one-day stay with my family. Upon arrival, we were assigned one 2-bed room and one 3-bed room, but to our dismay, the AC in one of the rooms was not working. Despite multiple escalations to the reception, the issue remained unresolved until 7 PM. Instead of offering a timely solution or apologizing for the inconvenience, the receptionist's attitude was dismissive and accusatory. It was incredibly frustrating to see my family endure discomfort in a non-AC room, especially after paying for AC accommodations. Such negligence and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Antlers in Gorai yesterday, and I was extremely impressed. The hotel is located in MAHADA LAYOUT GORAI, near Gorai Road within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
