I had a pleasant stay at AR Suites, and I’d like to specially appreciate Harish, one of the staff members who truly stood out during my time there. He is the one who takes food orders and ensures timely delivery — always with a warm smile and friendly attitude. His well-mannered behavior, prompt service, and genuine hospitality really made a difference in my experience. Harish was always ready to help, whether it was a small request or a late food order. His courteous nature and dedication to guest comfort reflect well on the standards AR Suites aims to maintain. Overall, AR Suites is a great place to stay. While there might be some minor issues here and there, the staff is responsive, and problems are resolved immediately and professionally. Thanks again to Harish and the team for making the stay comfortable and welcoming.

This is an excellent place. All the staff here are very supportive and friendly.|I stayed here with my family around 15 days. It feels like a home. I remember name of one staff Harish who was responsible for catering related things was very supportive and our days start with his greetings at breakfast.|I will highly recommend if any body coming in pune for short stay should prefer this place.

I recently stayed at AR Fontana Bay, Pune, for 15 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Harish, Sangeeta and Archana who was very polite and helpful throughout. There hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The food quality was excellent, with delicious and well-prepared meals that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience at AR Fontana Bay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pune. I look forward to staying here again!

Great for families—spacious rooms, kind staff, and something for everyone. Specifically Harish, who is serving daily breakfast to us, too kind and humble person.

Nestled in a calm and serene area, this hotel offered a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were immaculately clean and neat, with modern amenities like oven, fridge, and 24-hour hot shower. The staff were friendly, responsive, and provided excellent service. While the prices may seem a bit steep, the hotel's location in a affluent area explains the premium costs. Overall, I highly recommend AR Suites Fontana Bay for its comfortable stay, excellent services, and peaceful ambiance.

This is an excellent budget hotel in pune. The area where its located is one of the best, the entire hotel and rooms are very clean. I also liked the staff at the hotel, they are very friendly and the staff in the restaurant headed by Harish was especially kind.
