Hotel Mantra Deluxe lodging and Boarding

We stayed here on 13 January 2025. We were 2 families. We got room no. 204 & 205, both the rooms with big balconies. Rooms were neat & clean. Amenities like LCD TV, AC, Mini Refrigerator, Geyser, Chairs, Teapoy, Dressing Table, Mirrors. Room service was also prompt. Though they don't have a kitchen, you can order outside food, they will provide plates, glasses to you at no cost. ( for non-veg lovers, KK's Kitchen is just beside.) Prime location, easy to find. Big parking space is available. Try to get room no. 204 or 205. Only one suggestion to the management, please arrange good door mats outside the bathrooms.

We stayed here recently and had a very very bad experience with them. The rooms are really bad and bathrooms are worse. There are cockroaches roaming everywhere and the entire room sucks. They don't have a lift and will give you rooms in 2 floor. Please don't get fooled by the pictures. The only good things about our stay is the staff boys are helpful.

This hotel is best place to stay comparing the other option nearby & considering cost, you can accomodate your guest or family here, hot water available, water/tea/coffee available, rooms are clean, drawback is lift not available.

Rude behaviour Of Hotel staff. And they didn’t accept their mistakes. Bad mattered are very hard even they don’t accept we have very much back pain. Totally money waste bad service will never recommend

Stay here was comfortable. I was not expecting a lodge to be so nice and that too in outskirts of Pune. Guy at reception was helpful, rooms were clean, what else you need ! Overall a good experience.
